My dearly beloved mother was over the moon with the gift I got for her birthday from Luxe home interiors! I was aware it was on pre order and it clearly stated the realise date under it so I was aware, the item arrived 7 days after that date so I was pleased and the items are beautiful over the moon with the quality! Will defiantly be using them again for my wife :) and will be recommending them to family and friends the prices are decent and the items are better than I through for the price! I ordered from luxe in February, never received my goods !
Had a refund through PayPal today 3/4/2018. Nothing but trouble from start to finish .My item was not on pre order . Should of arrived within 2-5 days . Had emails every single week Saying that it would be delivered by the end of the week . Said that 4 weeks on the trot . I have screen shots of the item I wanted to order before I ordered and I can assure you it didn't say pre order it said add to basket . I'm sure PayPal have had a lot of complaints so hopefully something will be done about this sham of a company.

Beware!!!
Beware!!!! Although the catalogue looks enticing , its not what it seems. Still waiting for my order two months on. After many emails and phone calls no one gives a damn. This was supposed to be for a birthday gift which has long gone. I just wish i would have read the reviews beforehand. Its now in the hands of Paypal.
Just like all the others that leave a negative review this same message appears. Pre order!!??? So two months and no order is still on ‘pre order’ what a joke. And to say there’s no record of my order is an absolute lie. They have said in past emails that my order was being dispatched. Four times they’ve said this and no goods. Please don’t believe the replies. Total bandits!! And no Luxe I will not email you again as I’m sick of your lies!!!

Thought this company looked good but having ordered it took 3 weeks for first item to come through when they said 4-7days. Had numerous emails and texts and spoken on phone but still waiting now told end April. Have missed all birthdays that I purchased gifts for and have been in touch with PayPal. Feel sorry for customer service girl she must get sick of negative comments. So what is happening Lea Whitbread. I had invoice with one item on and the total of all goods I’d ordered. Where are the other goods???? Should I have read reviews earlier I think so!!!!

Don't listen to bad reviews!!
I ordered the large silver angel wings I then decided to review the company on trust pilot - silly I know. After reading all of the negative reviews about how people didn't get their items and panicked - I contacted the company straight away to make sure they had received my order and had every intention of sending it - I was promised that they would send me a follow up email to let me know the status of my order, only an hour later Katie emailed me to let me know that they would be sending it this week. I stayed in constant communication with her via email and she was always honest and quick to reply. She let me know when my item had been shipped and when I should expect it, this definitely made me feel less nervous. Today my wings finally arrived - I still had my doubts that they wouldn't come. When I opened them, they were exactly as pictured, however there was a some damage to one of the wings which I was upset about, especially after waiting a while for them. I quickly emailed Katie with pictures. Lucy came back to me within 15 minutes very apologetic, we discussed damaged and i decided that I would be able to salvage it myself. They gave me 50% refund on my order via PayPal and was in my account within minutes!
Overall it was a long process, made worse by the bad reviews on this site. However my experience with Luxe Home Interiors was a good one and the communication was fantastic and their products are stunning!! I will definitely be buying again
Money taken out of my account on 17th…
Money taken out of my account on 17th February and I am still waiting for item to be delivered on 26th March. I have been promised on numerous occasions that the item is ‘on its way’ and it still hasn’t arrived. Asked for my money back to be told I could not have it back because the item has been despatched. Only after this message did I have an email to say the order had ‘been accepted’. I’m still waiting for it to be delivered ! The special occasion I brought this item for has long come and gone! AVOID - I’m not sure I’m even going to get my item.
