Dont buy from this site

Well how do you review when the what you order does not arrive they have had my money for over 3 weeks and still no order, when you contact them you get the same rubbish we have posted it you will get it soon, I asked if that would be before or after Christmas!!! I have asked for a refund and still the same thing we have posted it. Who cares if you have posted it when I have not received it?

I Still havent received goods after three weeks. I have text Luxe on TWO occasions to ascertain where goods are, WITHOUT REPLY. I have opened a PAYPAL dispute today for a full refund. I will NOT buy from LUXE again

Horrendous to deal with took payment…p

Horrendous to deal with took payment after 2 weeks contacted has hadn’t received anything , they told me twice it was on way but couldn’t provide tracking number , eventually they admitted they’d lost order and instead of resending it I was ignored , finally they refunded me I don’t know why I wasn’t sent the item no explanation or anything , AVOID this company they just want your money

Not happy

I would give 0 but it won’t let me do that. Ordered my stuff weeks ago it say 3/5 day delivery. After lots of phone calls and emails I still haven’t received it. I have asked for a refund if they can’t get my order but nothing. Every email say I will get it by the end of the week no such luck . Fed up now

Avoid this company like the plague

If I could leave no stars I would. Bought an item on pre order, received an email saying my item has been dispatched.. when it didn’t turn up I emailed to find out where it is was? I got a reply Stating they were experiencing delays and I would get an email when it was dispatched. I emailed back saying I had the dispatch email that’s why I’m emailing! No reply .... Left it a week then emailed again to be told they are confirming that I would have my delivery by the end of last week. Guess what it didn’t show up. I emailed again to be told they are experiencing delays. Had enough now the birthday has been and gone and I don’t like to be lied to. Asked for a full refund and now being ignored. PayPal dispute issued. Avoid this company like the plague

Ordered & paid 6th March

Ordered & paid 6th March - still no delivery!!!! When asked reply is ‘next week’ not sure which week 😡

Thanks for your vague reply but u have now asked for a copy of my order 6 times & also replied via my copy. Find it hard to believe you can no longer trace it??

18th April no order received no refund received and NO reply to any contact. Be careful folks glad my order was ‘only’ £30!!!!!!!

Really bad experience

Really bad. I ordered my print on 7th March but still haven’t received it ( 3rd April) the money has been taken from my PayPal acct.though.

Disgusted with the service - will never use them again.

Appalling service

Item finally received after over a months delay. Item Damaged. Company asked me to repair for a discount !!!! Requested a refund and date for the item to be collected. Have called 3 times and sent 4 e mails. No response. Reception say we are an out sourced reception desk and can only pass a message to luxe interiors. This companies behaviour is appalling. These angel wings were purchased in good faith and were meant to be a memorial to my dad who has passed away. I am so disappointed because the entire emotion of the item has gone due to the level of customer service. This item was to bring me comfort not frustration and anger. I intend to take the matter further. I would never use this company again.

Put an order on 20 th February and the…don’t touch it with a barge pole

Put an order on 20 th February and the order still haven’t arrived . They took my money but have not dilvered . I ordered another item on 4 March and the same thing A BIG FAT NOTHING so stay away from this company as it’s most probably a scam when you ring them up all they say it’s coming , countless E.Mails from a Katie saying it’s in the post u will get it in 7 days .Its the 3 April work it out for yourself .

Haven’t had the item. Haven’t had any correspondence from them and no reply to my email asking for refund.
RIP off. Do not use them!

Update.... had a response to this review and then a full refund. I still don’t have the item but am happy to accept that this was an unfortunate “ lost in the post” issue and am happy with the level of customer service since I posted my original 1 star review - hence have changed to three star.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I am amazed to read some of the reviews from people sharing the same experience as me. I ordered something specifically for my wife's birthday on 14th February and was told it would DEFINITELY arrive by the 13th. NO CHANCE. Katie spun me the same line as other customers in that "It will be with you by the end of the week". It arrived so late that I had bought an alternative gift elsewhere and asked Katie how to go about returning the items for a refund. She didn't even reply to that and only emailed me after I complained to PayPal. Because the items actually arrived, albeit too late for me, it was deemed no refund was justified and I have had to keep the now unwanted items at a cost of over £80. My honest opinion is GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.
UNBELIEVABLE . . .Katie has responded below with another STANDARD PRE WRITTEN REPLY. She knows full well my item WAS NOT Pre Order and that it was just late. Also that she cannot find my Order and wants me to email it to her indicates what an AWFUL Company this is to deal with. As I said before . . .STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
