My husband booked this service for m because in the past I have broken both my shoulders and dealing with luggage isn't easy for me. LaGuardia airport and the taxi area was exceptionally congested and many people were trying to get a taxi. Seeing my driver was such a relief. He dealt with my luggage and had a bottle of cold water waiting for me in the limo. The driver was very nice and we talked about my upcoming trip to Italy. This was the first time I have flown to Rome alone and I was nervous. He made me feel very relaxed and ready for my flight.
When we arrived at JFK, he completely took care of the curbside check in. Having to transfer to another airport made me feel very apprehensive but having this limo service made it extremely easy. I would recommended this service to anyone having to switch airports.

Drivers were great. Always on time. Vehicles were impeccable. Cannot begin to describe the excellent service. I would use them again next time I am in town.

Limo driver arrived 20 minutes prior to scheduled time!!! Will definitely recommend and use again!

And annoying driver

Trip to New York. 6 adults, one infant, a whole pile of luggage and a stroller. They were waiting for us just out of baggage claim. Grabbed all the luggage and escorted us to a beautiful, new van. Took us to the door of our hotel. The return trip was a repeat. Right on time. Great experience and the price was about the same as the limo in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend!

It was good overall but had to wait 20 min outside baggage claim because he went to wrong terminal. Was a great driver but the beer/liquor was warm and all the ice was melted. Other than that it was great

Used them for airport/hotel pick-up and return and an extended trip into Conn. for a family event. All three drivers were friendly, courteous and professional. The vehicles were clean and comfy; we had four in our party. Price was reasonable .

I contacted Luxor as a last minute add on to our daughters wedding. Their site was very clear and easy to use. Their prices were fair with no "surprises". Our driver was on time, very professional, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Their customer service was very reliable. I always got a live person when I called and they provided me with all the info I needed. I would highly recommend them.

TheLuxor Limo was prompt, & clean. The driver was safe and friendly.

Our internal flight from Manchester to London was 35 mins late so there was a rush straight to boarding. We then sat on our plane 2hours as their was a problem with the plane. By this time I was panicking as I'd booked the Limo for a specific time. As I couldn't contact them I wasn't sure if it would be cancelled. On arrival at JFK I called them and the lady told me that he was waiting out side. We were met with a fabulous smiley driver. He was really helpful, he helped with our luggage my grandsons wheelchair and chatted to us throughout the journey. I would definatley recommend the company.

This was the best trip to New York ever and Luxor Limo helped. My wife was so surprised when the limo pulled up. Bruce was very nice and told us a lot about the city. I was so impressed that night I ordered the limo service to take us back to JFK. Great job and great company.

The service we received was second to none, pick up was smooth and courteous and the re book for return journey was extremely simple and the staff were so helpful. Thanks Luxor limo I will use you again and recommend you to friends and clients!

Our driver to the Bayonne cruise port was amazing. He was courteous and fun and was happy to accommodate everything we needed.

On one of the hottest days of the summer, our driver did not know how to operate his air conditioning. The person in the third row seat had to lean forward and play with controls. Also driver seemed unwilling to listen to anything but HIS own musical selection, which happened to be some type of Indian music that we just didn't want to hear. Overall when you pay for a service, you want comfort, courtesy, and promptness. One out of three was No Bueno... If I had to rate on ease of reserving, and cost I would give five stars.
