We rent a limo in nyc last april, everything was perfect! Driver, car, trip, nothing wrong with this!!

The service was excellent and took all our worries away. Thank you Luxor for making our trip to New York an enjoyable experience.

I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. The driver was very nice, professional & patient.. Thank You so much..

I traveled with my elderly disabled mother. After I mentioned the trip I scheduled included the tip, the driver's attitude and disposition changes. He debated my assessment.
We received no assistance in and out of the vehicle.
I expected better service.

I make a call and where to be picked up and time. Done.

Both times, cars were early, cleanest interiors I ever saw and the drivers were courteous and friendly. Trips were over too soon.

My daughter and I used Luxor for both rides to and from La Guardia Airport. Dimitri picked us up from La Guardia Airport , and was professional, courteous, but still a lot of fun and personable. I can't say enough good things about the service he provided!! Now, for the bad news. Robert picked us up from the W hotel in Times Square and drove us to La Guardia. We got a 15 minute lecture on how wonderful Trump and the Republican party is and how dumb we are for voting the other way. He didn't even know us, so to broach this subject was so unprofessional. It's one thing to have a difference of opinion, but it's quite another to berate and be condescending when you're speaking to a client. I called that day to speak with a manager and he sounded like he was sorry and offered to reimburse me for the bad ride to the airport. I accepted but 2 1\2 months later and I have still not been reimbursed. I am very disappointed in this company and won't use them again.

The car was immaculate and right on time. The driver was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Good competitive prices. Well worth every penny! Would definitely use them whenever I can.

I had a trip to NYC in June. I arranged this service to be sure of my safety and to have a comfortable journey into the city after a long flight. The communication prior to pick-up was very clear and effective. The pick-up was smooth. Despite, heavy traffic, the journey was pleasurable and comfortable.

Our driver met us in the airport and took us to our car... Very nice Mercedes. The trip to our hotel in Times Square was great. Our driver was polite and helpful. We would use This Limo again!

Had the Cadi/limo that should accommodate 20 but we were 17 adults and quite cramped!! Arrived on time and the company even made accommodation with time adjustment as requested. This might of made the driver upset because he could of being nicer. Air conditioner was lousy, even so second time using and plan to use again just because my first experience was great 5 years ago!

It was amazing experience. The car was awesom. Bluetooth wan not working.
The chofour was very kind.
