Very very bad serves. Their car is dirty and it smells horrible. Never taking it again.

Ordered a 14 passenger Sprinter van . Was charged by the hour plus expenses kind of understand. Called en route to modify secondary pickup and was told they could roll both trips into one. My secondary pickup was charged in full as a late cancellation and additional time charged to original trip. Not only was my original charge increased from 215.00 to 388.00 but upon attempting to do the right thing and not have my second driver stood up charged 62.00 for canceled ride and additional time on Mini bus. Very disappointed.

Our flight came early, went through customs and no driver was there to greet us. Looking around for 20 min than took a taxi. They ruined my surprise!!!! NOT A RELIABLE SERVICE. On top of this, they charged my credit card and I am still fighting for my refund.

We're still waiting for a refund from this company for our taxi at JFK in September which showed up apparently but the communication was a voicemail which could not be heard and a message which came through when we had already arrived at our hotel in New York via yellow cab. Yellow cab service at JFK very efficient and less money.

Being a very anxious traveller I knew if I got my airport to hotel transfer wrong it would have spoilt my break so I booked Luxor Limo's meet and greet service.
After a very early start in the UK followed by an 8 hour flight to Newark it was great to receive the text advising that our driver was onsite.
Chun was a very welcome sight as we exited customs as he took my case and lead us to the car.
Beautiful luxurious car, complimentary drinks which were gratefully received and Chun was extremely courteous and polite.
All this made for a lovely relaxing ride into New York allowing us to take in the sights en route.
Can't recommend you enough, if you want that little bit of luxury to enhance your New York break you need to book Luxor Limo.

We had great experience with Luxor Limo. From the person on the phone to the drivers of the big vans they were all courteous and professional. I have already recommended them to others and if I am ever in New York City again I will use them.

My fiance booked a surprise limo to take my mother, sister and I to buy my bridal gown. The driver was courteous, very polite, and very professional. It was really the perfect touch to a special day for me. He drove very well, and was very accommodating for the multiple stops we had to make and his timing was perfect. I highly recommend!

I booked a limo to take three person from JFK airport to a hotel in Times Square. I came to New York for the first time with my teenage niece and nephew. We missed a connecting flight from Europa and Luxor Limo kindly changed our booking to the new flight without any further charge. We were greeted in JFK airport by a chauffeur in great spirit. Our suitcases had gone missing and he waited for us patiently. The chauffeur was in great spirit. He vividly gave us a guided rate and a fine intro to NYC. My brother had ordered your Limo service for me when I arrived in New York. It was great, but I felt the price was way too high.

The driver was invisable at arrivals. Turned out he had an Ipad mini with our name written in tiny letters. We had to walk 250 meters to get to the limmo...

Having planned a week long trip to NYC for my daughters 21st I wanted to take her in a bit of style from and to JFK. After seeing many reviews on another site I decided to use Luxor Limo.
I can honestly say this company were superb...the SUV i hired was there waiting when we arrived at the airport and the same on our return.Driver was very courtious and all round great experience.
If ever in NYC please give them a try.

Recently when returning from vacation our flight had been delayed and of course immediately the anxiety started to set in. Well, not only was Luxor Limo monitoring our flight but their driver was on the ball as well. As soon as we stepped off the airplane we received notification on our phone that our driver was there and awaiting our arrival. We ordered a car service twice on our stay in New York. Both times our driver was very prompt, courteous, and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable of the streets and history. And most importantly they got us to our destination on time if not early. They provided excellent service! Very nice and clean vehicles as well! I would definitely use their service again!

Used Luxor for a wedding photoshoot. Vehicle arrived 20 minutes earlier which was brand new and spotless. Driver was courteous and helpful. Super happy and will use again.

I purchased a trànsfer JFK. Manhattan. Paid in cash to the driver and then the company made me a debt on my credit card. Complained By mail several times and through the chat on line but no nasset es required was given

Punctual, clean, received sms and mails with name and mobile number of the driver ecc...
