This compamy took over $200 for…
This compamy took over $200 for services we never received due to a huge gap in communications/verufication process.
#1 due to issues with the plane and inclement weather our 1st leg was delayed by 8.5 hrs
#2 because of #1 we missed our original connecting flight that the Luxor reservation was under
#3 however that flight did eventually proceed to LGA...without us on it
#4 we rec'd communications stating Luxor was aware of the delay and are going to stay on top of it on their end
#5 we didn't attempt to keep them updated due to #4
#6 luxor attempted to confirm us but we were in an airport in severe wrather and never saw the calls or text...until finally
#7 the call came through and Luxor was already at LGA asking for us to contact them once we get our bags
#8 we then called the driver to let them know we had not yet left our departure city and would not ve arriving to LGA until 11pm
#9 we were told by the driver that if they cone back at 11pm we would get charged for 2 trips.
#10 we called the Luxor Mgmt team to explain #1-#10...and was told again coming vack at 11pm is a 2nd chg and we will be charged the original trip pkus an hour wait time fee! Our total bill was $200 and some change for a trip we never took with Luxor Limo! I will never use this company. You're welcome fir our donation to you unfriendly, unsatisfactory, unsympathetic cause! Good look...with legal robbing practices/methods like this you will be trillionaires real soon!
