We used Luxor from LGA to our NY hotel and then again from our hotel back to the airport. We were impressed by the service, drivers and way Luxor Limo verified everything with us before the trip and put us in direct touch with both drivers. The drivers were professional and pleasant. Overall, Luxor lived up to their name and provided clean, courteous and professional service. We would use them again anytime.

Great experience. We’ve used many other car services in New York, but this was the best. Our driver was very professional.

Overall, our experience was great. Meeting the driver was a little confusing, so I would recommend the extra $ to have him come to you. Our SUV was spectacular and our driver was phenomenal about getting us to our hotel fast and making some great recommendations on restaurants. I’d use LUXOR again.

I've never used a service like this before, so was a bit nervous that the driver would not show since a storm was scheduled. To my delight, he was there waiting for me and drove me from JFK to BDL in a snowstorm! He didn't drive fast to just get the ride done, but took his time which was appreciated since the roads were very bad! I would definitely recommend your service to others.

They did the bait and switch on our wedding. Supposed to have a limo and we ended up with a bus type vehicle and they were so kind to give us a $100 credit claiming their other vehicles had broken down. Would not recommend

Right on time, easy to communicate with as to where to pick us up. And a sooth ride to the hotel.

Had to cancel due to an emergency and they couldnt even give me a credit for a future booking!

Service was professional and the vehicle was clean. We flew into La Guardia late at night and wanted to get a ride into Manhattan with someone trustworthy. We looked at the reviews and booked with Luxor Limo. They kept us informed from the time we booked to the time we stepped into the vehicle. Our driver was very nice and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company!

Prompt and courteous. My driver (Russell) arrived in a clean car, ahead of scheduled pickup time and was very personable. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

The young man who picked me up was a few minutes early and had no problem waiting for me . He was very courteous and helped with all of my bags. He drove at a decent speed,asked if I was comfortable and took me right up to the curb side check in. The car was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great service!
