Not impressed
Waited over an hour at the airport for pick up when I was told my driver would be there upon my arrival. Driver did not respond to calls or texts, so another driver had to be called and had incredible difficulty finding us. Should've just taken uber for the hassle.

First of all my driver was an hour late…
First of all my driver was an hour late to the airport then he was not able to move my boxes directly out to his van so I had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes but he came around and then he drop me off blocks away from my home right next to a subway train and thank God I used my GPS being from Seattle because I had to explain to him that he was at the incorrect address I felt actually scared

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous. Only one issue. The journey took much longer than expected. By some error using the navigator, the driver took us to the wrong town/address which added about 1/2 hour to our journey. Otherwise, excellent.

I liked the driver a lot he was super…
I liked the driver a lot he was super cool, but I didn’t like the way the car looked when it picked me up at JFK. It has stickers all over the car showing the LuxorLimo brand and my name on the front window. I wish the car was more discreet looking. I won’t be using them again. It was ghetto.
