To occur in airport as we had to call to figure out how to connect with driver ( was expecting him to meet us). He was very apologetic and made experience wonderful! Would use services agin!

I've used Luxor Limo for about four years now. Always arrive on time, only once where the driver was a few minutes late. They always text or call to let you know that they are there. The cars are clean, the drivers are professional, and I use them for airport trips, long rides that I can't drive myself, or just convenience things during inclement weather.

I booked this service for Dr. Lucarella and she informed me that this was the best limo service she has ever used. Her trip to San Francisco a couple of months prior to this trip was terrible. The limo service failed to pick her up for her return trip, were late and impossible to communicate with. None of these were a issue for LuxorLimo. The drivers were fantastic and extremely helpful.

When called to adjust the pick up time the company rep insisted that we changed and address and wanted to charge additional money. When the driver picked up passengers, he took them to NY instead and had to turn around to get back to New Jersey Newark airport. Did the driver not check the order, they have folks entering the flight number and airport, no excuse for talking people to the wrong airport.
