Have been with Luxor for some years now and they are the best I've found in the Limo industry...wide selection of vehicles...always on point...never had an issue with the company from the dispatchers to the drivers to the equipment...always top notch... love that they call you in advance of your job just to go over details...nice work Luxor...keep doing what you do

Driver was at agreed pick up location, communicated via text to coordinate meeting up, handled luggage and was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company, had no issues with their service.

If you expect the very best service, vehicles and communication from a transportation service provider, then you must use Luxor Limo. While they might not be the cheapest, I will believe that cost is an issue in the absence of value and Luxor Limo delivers outstanding value at a very fair price.

Easy, nice, great communication.

I was so impressed with this company. They were waiting for us when we arrived. The driver was so professional and friendly. We had a nightmare with our accommodation and after a 9 hour flight we were left trying to find somewhere in New York, in December for 6 people. Our driver was flexible and happy to take us to a totally different area. Again for pick up. They arrived early and picked us up in our new location. This firm is very reliable, friendly and flexible. The vehicles were smart, clean and had WIFI! This was a god send while i tried to book a hotel! I will definitely use them again and give them my strongest recommendation. I'm telling all my friends who visit New York to use them. I can't thank the driver who picked us up when we arrived. He was so lovely and reassuring that we would find a hotel. Truly on a tough day they restored my faith.

I would highly recommend Luxor Limo. I called them in an emergency with very little notice and they were more then accommodating in helping us out. What started as a simple trip, ended up being an all day event and Luxor stepped up, took care of what needed to be done. My Dad made it to all of his appointments, the driver was a real help, and at the end of the long day the driver made sure that Dad made it back into his house. Without hesitation I would call them again. Thank you Luxor Limo.

The driver that I had was absolutely amazing. However, we were charged for champagne that we never received and I’ve called twice to get it refunded and have not received a refund at all. Keep in mind the champagne add on was $50-60 that I never got refunded for. This is decent amount of money, disappointed.
