Low quality goods and bad customer service
I received crystal champagne glasses which were completely used. At the moment I am trying to return and nobody is returning my calls or emails.

Clement Bour is so professional
Clement Bour is so professional. He spent time listening to me and helping me browsing for a new sofa, a side table, a table lamp and deciding on few cushions for our family living room. Without his help I would not be able to decide on any of these items. He also assisted me throughout the payment process so the service was so quick. Clement made my day super easy! I am so pleased with Clement and would love to meet with him every time I visit the store in future.

Very happy with our furniture .Efficient service from the salesperson to delivery & at minimal extra cost construction of the wardrobe .The guys that delivered(costi/razvan/catalin/mariusz) were on time, friendly & considerate ,regarding muddy feet etc.& took all the packaging away .definitely use again.

Delivery men were an amazing…

Waiting for collection of the sofa
I have 14 days to return the sofa and requested that they do this and deduct the cost from my refund.
Although I am hoping to order 2 sofas to replace this no one is returning my calls or emails about the collection.
This is very annoying to say the least.
