I was in their shop where they are always ready to help and noticed a sign offering to attend your home to help with using and understanding your Mobile. I booked a session for my wife and I ( both 80 ) and our son. What a great facility how many of us struggle to understand all that todays phones can give us. Waz attended and spent an hour with us explaining and helping us sort out various issues we have struggled with and helped us set up, certain items from quite a long list. Waz was great very kind, patient and helpful. A brilliant service that we would not hesitate to use again. Well done LW and many thanks Waz

The staff at LWRepairs were friendly and help and were able to answer all the questions I had. They replaced my phone battery in a timely manner and informed me as soon as the work was completed. I used LWRepairs on a recommendation, and will use them again should the need arise.

This is the 3rd time of using LW Repairs and as expected, excellent service (thank you Owen!) and a happy outcome for my device.
The day before, I had accidentally dropped my 5 y/o phone into water. I retrieved it in about 2 secs but it did go fully submerged. I took it out of it's hard case and dried it off. As the day went on, I thought I'd got away with it. However, when I woke up the next day the screen had gone funny and unresponsive.
I took it into LW Repairs at 9am and was served by Owen. He checked and they had the part needed in stock and I left it with him. One and a half hours later, I had my phone back for a fraction of the cost of a new phone.

LW Repairs deserve the 5 star rating for great service, speed of repairs and their communications both during and after the repair has been completed.

Another phone shop/repair service has recently opened up in Hythe but I won't go anywhere else no matter what.

Excellent service today after husband’s phone was destroyed by the wheels of a car …. Replacement sorted and data transferred and all sorted within 2 hours! Thank you guys.

I'm not good at writing reviews but I'll give it a go as I feel the guys should know how appreciative I am to them for repairing my ipad. Lovely friendly, helpful guys and done quicker than I thought. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.

The young man was very helpful . Told me what they would do, kept me updated when delivery was delayed. Phoned when screen was delivered to them today and messaged when done.

The service I received in LW Repairs was excellent. I had a problem with my email and Dylan sorted it out for me. I left the shop a very happy customer.

I have had two recent experiences with LWRepairs and have been so impressed with not only the service provided, but with the compassionate nature of how my situation was dealt with on both occasions. The first time I went in, I spoke to a lovely young man called Dylan. I was a very stressed middle aged woman who had dropped her phone and smashed it beyond repair, while visiting her mother in hospital. My husband was away on work and I didn't have a spare phone. Dylan was so patient with me and didn't make me feel stupid, with all the questions I was asking. I was so grateful for his kind nature and no pressure attitude. Sadly, my mother passed away not long after and, although I had since acquired a new mobile phone, I realised that on my old phone, there were several photos that had not uploaded to the cloud storage (my fault) and, most crucially, a video of my mum, which was clearly very precious. This time, a lovely man called Waz helped me. He clearly understood how important it was to recover the contents of my old phone. I opted to have a temporary repair done, which would allow the 'lost' content to be recovered. This could then be put on a USB stick and saved to my new - expanded! - cloud storage. This was a pretty arduous task, with many thousands photos to bring across, a chunk at a time. Waz knew that the video was the most important thing and, when it was found, he made sure to immediately get it to me. It was a huge relief and I am so so grateful. So, after my recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. I'd heard really good things and I wasn't disappointed. So, to Dylan and Waz - and also to the wider team - because it is very clear to me that there is a good culture here - a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU for doing it right.

LWRepairs were recommended to me by several people when I was looking for somewhere local to get a phone repaired. I took it is for them to look what it needed, they ordered the parts the same day and asked me to drop it off the next day for Repair, saying that it would be ready to collect the same day as repaired. True to their words, a couple of hours after dropping the ozone off, I had a text message to say that the repaired phone was ready to collect. Outstanding service, would definitely recommend and use again.

First class service . I popped into the shop as I was having problems with my mobile phone . The young lad that served me knew immediately what the problem was . It had gone bast 5pm so I had to leave my phone overnight. This was not a problem for me as I just wanted it working . It was ready first thing the next day . I would say we are very lucky to have them in Hythe . Thanks again
