Excellent and speedy service and solved my worrying problem . Helpful and kind service, thank you to Owen who helped me with my email problems.

Having heard good reports regarding the service offered by LWRepairs I decided to call in to discuss the possibility of purchasing a refurbished iPhone. I was helped straightaway and shown the phones on display that were within my price range. I felt confident that if I needed assistance following a purchase that any member of the staff would be able to help me. It was explained that they could transfer all the data from my old iPhone if I was unable to do it myself and I was given a price for this service I was under no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase during these discussions. I returned later and completed the purchase with another helpful member of staff. This service from LWRepairs is very much appreciated, especially, by the elderly residents of Hythe.

Have been itching to try this business and today I had that opportunity.
Good stock, sensible pricing and mist important of all, superb service.

Phone was taken in for a new screen it was back first thing the next day. There was a slight problem with replacement screen but I was asked to drop it straight back and under the 12 month warranty it was fixed within 2 hours.

Thank you to Lewis and his team for excellent service . I walked in with no appointment after seriously damaging my phone which was beyond repair. They were able to advise on a replacement from their stock of refurbished phones and carry out a data transfer from my old phone to the new one all in a matter of hours.
I have used LW Repairs on several occasions and can highly recommend.

Thank you LW repairs, i brought a non Touch ID iPad and becuase they didn’t have it in stock they upgraded it to a Touch ID with no extra cost to me. Great service.

Not a phone problem but asked in the shop if they dealt with “dead” kindles, answer yes, tested battery free of charge, contacted me and new battery fitted.

Well I walked into the shop for the first time and found a very helpful young man. I thought my phone was a gonner but they turned the repair round in very short time. Very pleased with there service thank you.

Great service and advice from a local shop. Phone had a diagnostic check in less than 2 hours then discussion of possible remedies which given the age of the phone were probably not cost effective
Fortunately they had a range of newer models and talked us through a replacement

Been to this repair shop a couple of times ..staff are really friendly….
Today I had to take my autistic daughter’s iPad in as for whatever reason it would not charge …my daughter was extremely agitated as she has this iPad with her all the time
Left it with the guys …and my girlie phoned them after they left a text to say it was ready for collection they found that there was no fault it just needed a charge (who says there is no fault and means it ..they could have easily charged me for a fee )
So we hopped into the car and I went into the shop …it was ready for me…and I asked how much I owe them…Nothing , zilch no fee whatsoever….
My girlie was waiting in the car and was thrilled to have her precious iPad back…and I am grateful to L&W phone repairs hythe xxx
