I wanted to upgrade my phone so went to LW Repairs, which is where I bought my current phone from. They didn’t have one in the shop but took the trouble to source what I wanted for me. Added to that, they transferred all my info from my old phone to my new one. I highly recommend Lewis and his team x

Used the company a few times for repairs. Always reliable and well priced. Bought a reconditioned phone of them as well. Phone was like new. Very pleased.

Needed another phone so went to Lewis for advice and bought a pre-used Samsung. I couldn't get the SIM card in so went back to Lewis who kindly sorted it all out for me.
Very very pleased with the service I received from Lewis.

Fantastic service as always. My screen had gone on my Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. Took it in and the team had it back to me within 24hrs as good as new. Great team very friendly

I popped into LW repairs last week to get a new battery fitted in an old phone which being passed onto my daughter, this was compleated within just a few hours, so collected and all good. I then tried to rest the phone to clear but struggled so popped in and saw Owen who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a technophobe, I asked if he could help and within minutes, he had solved the problem and off I went with a smile on my face.I couldn’t recommend Owen and the team enough, they are brillient, what a service.

My phone suddenly died and wouldn't turn back on. I took it in for repair and they were open and honest and said it may not be worth repairing as it's a old phone. However I had data I wanted to recover and they were able to help get it from the phone. Was kept informed of progress and they were really helpful.

A friend told me about the shop. They were great I am not good with technology. I had a warning on my phone that I had 5 viruses on the phone. I went into panic. Went into the shop and it was sorted in minutes. Would highly recommend these guys to my friends. Thank you.

Owen was a delight to deal with. Being old,I cannot comprehend the technology but Owen was patient and talked through the various stages with the proviso that I return if I needed help again.

He told us what time it would be ready to be picked up, and he completed the job early. Great customer service.

Asked LW Repairs if they could help with some data transfer onto a micro disk for a work tablet that also needed formatting.
Served by Waz who could not have been more helpful, on returning to collect, he took the time to show me how to transfer data in future. Not my first visit and will not be my last, well done guys, excellent service.

I popped into LW repairs a while ago for a technical query and Owen was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a technophobe, he was very patient with me! As a result I returned to the shop and bought a new phone, onto which Owen transferred all of my info and advised on best ways for me to update. Couldn’t recommend enough! Also great to support small businesses!
