Doctor misdiagnosed causing unnecessary …

Doctor misdiagnosed causing unnecessary stress.

Had to go elsewhere to get a proper examination & tests and turned out the Lycahealth doctor diagnosis wasn't correct and I'm healthy.

I would never go back here.

Very friendly and efficient..

Very friendly and efficient... need to pay a little bit more attention on administration as my date of birth was incorrect on the X-ray
Everything else excellent !

Some teething issues with booking but great when on site.

There were clearly some teething issues with the booking as there was confusion over whether I had a booking or not. One site seems to have taken the booking, but did not put it in the booking system. This resulted in >10 calls from or to me the day before my appointment. This should be easy to fix. Suggest that this is resolved as it seems a different site took the booking and Canary Wharf site were unaware of it.

My appointment, as per my confirmation email was for 1400, yet I got a call at 1359 (as i was arriving) asking if i was on my way, indicating i was late. Nothing in the email suggested that I should arrive early to complete paperwork. Suggest the email template is updated to make clear the time that we are required to arrive, if it is not the appointment time.

My treatment on site was excellent.

The facilities were modern and clean...excellent.

The staff on site were courteous, professional and helpful...excellent

My follow up request for a CD of my MRI was fulfilled within 2 hours.

I was very nervous of the scan and they made me feel at ease and talked me through it. It was quick and I had the cd of the scan immediately. The results I saw at my consultants were thorough and explained clearly

Though there were initial hiccups in the appointment and location, the personnel were quick to resolve and make me feel special. The Admin Manager and Doctor that carried out the scan were FANTASTIC!

I asked for MRI report to be given on …

I asked for MRI report to be given on physical copy, they made me come there with massive leg pain, when I came they didn't give me all reports, only one of the reports , I had to call few times to get that sorted, NHS has better service than this.
Process of actual MRI was better and no complains there.

Excellent!

I would definitely recommend Lycahealth Canary Wharf. The receptionist are friendly and always very helpful. I have always been able to get an appointment that suited me. My surgeon, Amer Khan, is excellent, I could not praise him enough! My physiotherapist, Raj and Katazyna are also brilliant, as well as the other staff at lycahealth who will ask how you are etc.

Easy to organise without a GP referral

Easy to organise without a GP referral. More expensive than some. Receptionist apart I did not find the staff very friendly or reasssuring.

I was not comfortable throughout the experience. I found the staff indifferent and there was a lot of fiddling around without dialogue but with impatience.
