It was very difficult to work with LIA, the Virtual Assistant Lyca provided, as I was unable to obtain the assistance I needed. Additionally, I sent an email with all the required documentation to cancel my auto-renewal plan, which I was no longer using, and I have not received a response to date.
The only positive experience I had with Lyca was with your agent, Dilma, whom I contacted via live chat to request the cancellation of my plan. She was exceptional and assisted me with patience and kindness.

My signal was lost and never fixed. After I was suggested to buy another simcard and do the swap, the team was not able to carry that out. I have sent an email about 3 weeks ago and no response. Your customer service is terrible.

Undeliveried sim card

I ordered a Lycamobile SIM card with the 50GB for €4 plan on 26th November, and until today I have not received the SIM card. Even CTT is unable to locate the package, which clearly means the order never reached me.
I have been trying to contact Lycamobile for many days through email, but there has been absolutely no follow-up or response from their support team. This complete lack of communication is unprofessional and extremely frustrating.
I am requesting:
1. A full refund for the undelivered SIM card and plan.
2. A proper investigation into the missing shipment.
3. Confirmation that the promotional plan will not be activated or charged without delivery.
This is a serious issue, and the fact that there has been no reply at all from Lycamobile makes the situation even worse. I expect an immediate resolution.

When I was visiting Portugal in April/2025 I bought their "pre charged" sim-card. I used it for a few days and returned to Spain and have kept the sim-card since then. Then in October I went do Portugal again and decided to recharge my sim-card using their app. I used it in October only for a few days and returned to Spain again and since then they charged me in November and December, but I just now noticed the charges. I called their customer care in Portugal and the guy said "when you recharged through the app it said you would me monthly charged on the same payment method used before". Its clearly a way for them to make money, but they just lost a customer. I didnt argue much about the 16 euros charged because the guy was clearly reading a script and insisting. I asked to cancel it and I do reccomend that you use a temporary credit card when you make a purchase with them. I will never use them again.

Auto renwal scam! The make it impossible to cancel because there is no customer service. They send you promotion texts everyday that you can't opt out of. I tried reaching out to help desk nobody gets back to you nobody available on chat. In the end I had to report them to my bank to reverse the charges and cancel my card so they don't charge me again. Huge waste of my time dealing with these people.

I send a code that means: "I cancel the service and I want to keep my nr for a year". They sent me a sms that my prepaid (!) plan will be expired the next day. I don't have a subscription!! I didn't use their service for months but thought my number was kept. Then I saw on my bank account that they quietly charged me for a whole plan every month. When I called the scam service they just said: you cancelled your plan but you didn't cancelled the renewal of your plan, which happens automatically every month. Outrageous. they will not send you a message about that because they can steal from you for longer. And when you say anything they don't like to hear they will just hang up on you without a warning. By the way no one of them can speak proper English either. If you cancel the service and paying extra for keeping the number (as I did) you can't have a full plan as well at the same time. It's either one or the other, not both at the same time. But for scum callers it's perfect normal and they shamelessly keep charging your bank account. They will not even allow me to delete my card on their website when I'm not using their "services".
So what do you need to do?? When you are done with the scammers and if you want to keep your nr for a year send the code they provide BUT you need at the same time to cancel your plan renewal. And even better delete your card before that if they let you. No one told me about this. But now you know what you need to do! Best regards

All ia fine, same performance issues like vodafone and in general network performance in Portugal is poor. its working great abroad.
