I left a review a few months ago
- One star as no one was responding to my emails and couldn’t get through by none. Got response asking me to email customer services (giving me another email) which I did several times! STILL NO RESPONSE! 🤬.following this review I got an email asking me to respond with details so I sent the whole email trail with details of the order is placed etc.
The response I got was…. We apologize for any inconvenience and the delay in getting back to you.

helpful - i'm not giving hand to thieves...
constructive -
1) invest to useful page, make quality check so there's no possibility to cheat customer by "credit" you actually cant use for plan renewal as 1st..
2) review/rewrite code for auto-renewal.. happened to me every time that I had enough credit for renewal my data plan.. failed.. and you eat my credit - pay per MB.. so only option is to go manual renew.. and gues what.. u cant use credit for it...

I purchased a prepaid esim plan called “only pay as you go connection” for €8. In the website clearly says “no contract or binding at no extra cost”. I found out after one month I was charged €10 on my card and after another month another €10. Tried to contact them and finally after many times I was told I was on an auto-renewal plan which I never signed up for.

I signed up for a mobile plan during my trip to Portugal in September. I’ve since been charged twice for renewals with no way to cancel it online (the site literally doesn’t allow me to do so) and I have unanswered emails to their support team over a month old.

Staff are always unhelpful! They can never assist you with anything, literally anything.
The website is a disaster to work around, so you are left out with no support.

Lyca Mobile refuses to cancel a Ireland line of a brazilian, as he can't log in to the website to cancel (because the chip is in Brazil now), and continues to charge a monthly fee to his credit card! Beware!
The SIM card doesn't receive an access code to log in to the website, so it's NOT POSSIBLE to cancel the service.
I emailed them, and they acted like I didn't understand, as if I had purchased an e-SIM card, when in fact, I have a physical SIM card. It turns out I'm in Brazil, and I can't cancel the line through the website.
I'll be contesting purchases and filing disputes every month, which will generate more costs for Lyca Mobile.
I await your immediate response.

Lycamobil offers a cheap only data e-sim. Don't fall for it!!!
It has disabled the hotspot..... You cannot work on your laptop or stream a movie.
Coverage is very bad to non-existing in the Marvão area....

Always a problem to get invoice of payments done. Even thought we have direct dibet activated every month it is necessary to send a request for inoice issuing and it takes long to issue the document.

Badly trained staff. Each one tells you a different story! All of them are rude and abrupt. I have received so many different conflicting bits of information.
Addendum - It's funny how they suddenly want to be your best friend (sort the situation) when you leave them a bad review...!
