Customer service very very bad.never use them again.

Happy with delivery and product, but extremely difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Thought you had gone out of business. Succeeded eventually. I read that there is a 2 year guarantee but I don’t seem to have anything in writing. Can you advise please, thank you.

The only problem was that they sent the wrong macerator it was a cheaper model I asked if it could be changed was told the advertised one was out of stock but did get re embursed for the difference, just wondered if I would have got any money back if I'd not mentioned it 🤔

Ordered on 19th March 2024 and still not resolved on 3rd June 2024!!
The Macerator I received was NOT the one I ordered! It was a completely different make and model to the one advertised on their website. The pump they sent is available on other websites for half the price. I emailed them to report this and they said that the model that I ordered was out of stock and if I returned the macerator they sent that they would issue a refund. After reading other reviews I was certain that if I returned the pump I wouldn't get a refund. I emailed them pointing out that their website was showing the model I had ordered was in stock and showing that it could be delivered the following day. I suggested that they should deliver the pump that I had ordered and I would hand the original one back to the same courier. This was a month ago and surprise surprise I have had no response from them.
I am now going to report them to Trading Standards and hope they will stop this company!!

Sent out cheap alternative. Eventually got full refund. Very poor communication from them, had to chase them up.

Delivery was a bit late due to the bank holiday, but otherwise, very good!!

Quick delivery, great price, replaced the old one with minimum changes to existing pipe work would use site again

Macerator didn’t work. So I was told another one would be sent out as a replacement. 3 weeks later with numerous emails and phone calls and just going round in circles, when they bother to reply. Avoid like the plague, customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The Macerator I received was NOT the one I ordered! It is a completely different make and model to the one advertised on their website. The pump they have sent is of an inferior quality and is somewhat lower in value. I rang them on several occasions and left various messages but received only one response stating a Parcel Label would be sent for me to return the wrong item. I also emailed to report the problem and got a curt and insincere apology (with no explanation) as to why I was sent the wrong Macerator in the first place. Needless to say I have never received the Return Parcel label and on reading previous customer's reviews this fradulant way of dealing appears to be the way this firm operates! TAKE NOTE!!

They sent me a much cheaper pump because they did not have the expensive one I ordered in stock. No replies to emails and portal messages, finally got through they will refund the difference, which did not arrive when I complained they argued without reason. I only managed to get the difference because I paid by AmEx card.

Ordered a macerator pump. Arrived as promised but it wasn't the pump that was ordered. Tried to phone was told cannot speak to after sales have to email. I did this and got a reply back saying it was the wrong one but the one we originally ordered was out if stock until the 30th April. ( this particular macerator is still advertised on the website for next day delivery)They would arrange collection and refund. Agreed a date for collection courier never arrived. Emailed countless times no response.

See my below review. I had in fact emailed re: fault non return valve. My daughter phoned and spoke to a gentleman to be told he was only one man in the office and he could not possibly deal with it.
You have taken my money, and I have a faulty part that needs replacing.

There were a few problems but they were sorted out professionly.
