Avoid at all costs, wrong product and zero customer service!
If only I'd read some of the reviews on the second page of Trustpilot I would never have ordered from this company!
Unfortunately I did order the Sanitary Slim Pro Macerator Pump Saniflo Alt – Most Popular UK Seller £258.00.
I received a 'Receipt from Plumbing' no details of the order other than 'Macerator Pump Order' and no company address. There was a telephone No. that doesn't appear to be manned and email Lancashire Plumbing contact (at) lancashire-plumbing.co.uk (no corresponding website!).
No delivery tracking details or instructions provided.
A pump did arrive late the next day but was not the one I ordered, I found it online for £125 inc VAT. I emailed macerator-pumps.com via their Contact Us page to explain the wrong product delivered. A reply came from sales (at) theplumbingsuppliers.co.uk (no corresponding website again!) they responded saying 'Send photos of what you received and also we dont sell cheap products although there are many different types of pumps on the market and copy low quality that do look similar we only supply top quality pumps and we offer a 3 year warranty.' Correct, you don't sell cheap products, you just send out cheap products!
I emailed them photos as requested, and emailed another two more times asking for either the correct product of full refund and arrange pick up of this incorrect item.
Silence, no response!
No records of this company on Companies House, multiple inactive domains registered, no company address details anywhere.
If this is a legitimate company, I'm amazed they are getting away with such non-existent customer service or care and are sending out the wrong product in the hope that people won't notice. Well I noticed and I hope everyone one else will be aware of their lack of professionalism and will hopefully look elsewhere. As for the toilet macerator, they are certainly well suited!

I would disagree with your assumption we supply cheap products as you have concluded the quality by a external view however our Pumps are manufactured to a high quality and although there are many models that look the same online with lower quality internal components and materials we only use the highest quality 400w machines, We invest heavily in product testing and research to ensure long lasting quality which is reflected with our 3 years warranty period, No other company offer such warranty, you have simply looked at the pump visually and concluded its the same as similar brands that are made in China with low quality, our company address is clearly showing on our website footer and contact page including full UK address, Email address and telephone number, we have since offered to collect the item from you and offer you a full refund as good will, Our company have been supplying and manufacturing waste water pumps I'm the UK for over 12 years,

Rang on the Saturday to check there next day delivery would mean I got my order on Monday Tuesday latest, no answer took the chance and ordered anyway, no sign on Monday. This was for a job I was doing so needed to know it would be there Tuesday, rang over 10 times no answer sent emails no answer, Tuesday 2pm no sign of it so I ordered another from Plumbworld 10mins later it showed up! Thankfully plumbworld let me cancel the order, next time I will just get it from them save the stress
