My order was promptly processed and delivered . I messaged the company on a couple of concerns but they answered very quickly which was reassuring .

Although the Macerator was not a Saniflow one , my plumber is still happy to install for a extra WC

Product arrived a couple of days late, however I believe that this was down to couriers and not suppliers, Macerator installed now and working well.

Was a swap from another model that failed was easy to accomplish for a handy man

The pump did arrive but not next day, if ordered before 2pm, it was & should have - arrived after 2days. No delivery information was sent, as in carrier/when it would be delivered. The company was impossible to contact by phone & email, still have had no response to either message.

They charge me for different pump and sent different smaller and cheaper.
I've lost lot of time in this job. Because of them.

Why do you constantly supply lesser quality products to customers but still try to keep all their money?

The only time you offer a refund is if the customer pulls you up on this otherwise you stay quiet,

And even then it is a constant struggle to get a refund out of you,

Do you enjoy stealing & purposely messing people about; is it a great feeling conning people out of their money?

All people want to do is get the product they paid for & have it installed; not only do you supply rip off goods you can’t even fulfil the delivery times people pay extra for,

This results in cancelled plumber fees or simply the plumber not being able to install the machine that day as a 3rd party white label item from eBay has shown up instead,

I have no idea how you are still in business; all I can think of is the money you steal from people is what is keeping you afloat.

Great item reasonable delivery

Purchased at first a 10m vertical height discharge macerator, then they delivered me with 2 extra days delay with a only 5m vertical height vertical discharge macerator. Got furious, and ask for a return and replacement which they accept and fair enough their collection courier missed me as they don't give you a pick up time window ( you've got to be indoors from 8am to 8pm ) and so ask for a complete return and refund because I was frustrated at the so slow return and exchange process .
I hurry to order a second pump while the first gets taken back , but this time again they sent me only a 8m vertical discharge pump.
I made do with this one but very dissatisfied and disappointed.
My conclusion: they advertise a product they do not have , or they are scammers.
I'm yet still waiting to get first pump returned and they keep giving me false pick up date as nobody turns up for pick up , no apology, no communication nothing. I smell a small court claim going their direction if I don't get this pump taken and my full refund made.

The product so far is great. Arrived on tine and very easy to install.
The only thing that was dissapointing was the lacknof communication from the seller. I did not receive no email confirming the purchase, arrival, acknowledgement of sale or anything about the delivery. If they improve on that aspect, they'd get the fifth star from me!

Ordered macerator and toilet to fit for next day delivery. Only macerator has turned up. It was a wrong model (received 409W rather than 600W) and toilet never arrived. Tried calling over and over. Nobody picks the phone up. Nobody reply emails. Had to launch dispute via bank to get my money back.. AVOID!!

I would have liked to have left 5 stars, as the macerator I ordered arrived quickly, but it was a lower spec machine than the one I ordered.
I emailed the company who apologised and stated they didn't have the one I wanted in stock and offered to refund me if I returned it. I counter offered as we need a working toilet and asked for a partial refund for this cheaper model. No response.

Returns policy was excellent.
While everything turned up on time I could have done with an email with a tracking reference

Awful service, macerate turned up but not the toilet, got told it would be delivered Saturday at the latest but I asked to change it to Monday only to get a follow on email saying they now had to check stock levels and would get back to me- nobody got back to me so my project is now on hold

If I could give zero stars I would have,, next day delivery is a farce when you ring given loads of excuses and never ring back or email as promised. No communication no customer service

Firstly the next day delivery if ordered before 2pm did not happen, in fact we waited nearly a week, secondly the genuine saniflow part we ordered turned out to be a cheap knock off part (the diligent team at macerator pumps left the ebay invoice in the box), lastly Sean has made the return such an ordeal that the parcel despite royal mails numerous attempts to deliver has yet to be accepted. The service has been deplorable, and we have wasted so much time attempting to resolve this.
