Great glasses, delivery a bit slow
I loved the glasses and the try on at home experience. I ordered two pairs and the first was dispatched just over a week after ordering, however the second pair took a lot longer and I needed to chase a couple of times for updates. I would order again but build in the wait time. Communication could have been a bit better.

Great original designs
Great original designs, and being able to try them out is excellent. I had to have my frame lensed and set up by my optician, but have have various compliments on it since!

Poor customer services
The process of ordering glasses online appeared to be straightforward, I chose my frames, provided my prescription and chose my lens options. Six weeks and many emails later I still do not have my glasses, nor are they in production. The product seems great but the customer service is severely lacking.

We are terribly sorry to hear this.
It is true that your lenses were not ordered. A colleaugue emailed you to confirm if your glasses were for Near or Distance. (The Optometrist that tested your eyes prescribed you with 2 prescriptions.)
You confirmed that you were unsure of what your glasses use was. You were then told that we would call you.
There was no telephone provided. You were emailed to provide us with a number and a preferred time for us to call you. This was so that we could help you identify as to whether you needed your glasses for distance or closework.
We still don't have your number.
In the end we went ahead and processed both Distance and Near glasses for you, so you could try on both at home and then return the one that was not required. They are in process.

Good frames but their lack of attention to detail is a problem.
Good frames and very helpful customer service, but ultimately their lab is not fastidious to customer requirements and their attention to detail is frankly lacking.

Ordering was easy, any questions were quickly answered by the team, and they arrived in the expected time frame.
This is the first time I've ordered glasses online so I was a bit nervous, but the glasses are perfect and there are no issues with the lenses at all. Everything is really well made, and I will definitely be ordering again!
