So easy! I tried on some frames, picked the ones I loved and then inputted my prescription and voila! Love them...I'll be back!!

I adore the beautiful and unique selection of glasses on the website and it was a joy picking my 4 pairs to try at home. The team provided excellent communication and customer service when I had queries. The brilliant home try-on feature meant I could choose a pair, relaxed, unrushed. I'm delighted with my choice! (Shangri-la pair in salmon has already received compliments 🥰)

Happy with the overall experience. Nice to try frames before buying although a bit disappointed with the cost as first purchase with MAS’s but assumed due to varifocal lenses

Generally happy with my purchase. They look strong enough and the prescription seems to be the right one for my eyes. Only thing is they have already started getting a bit loose on the sides, but apart from that, they are fine and would recommend!

I just received my ordered glasses today, less than 2 weeks after ordering them. The packaging and presentation was very impressive and the glasses seem to be high quality. The customer service is amazing and the team are so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely order from Mad About Specs again.

I ordered trial frames which were great. After choosing a pair I ordered the lenses. Unfortunately they are very distorted and make everything look curved in my peripheral vision. I am very disappointed. My optician has said that the measuring system to check where your pupil sits in the lens is very unsatisfactory. I am concerned about sending them back as I don't now have faith that this is being done correctly.

I am 65 years old and decided to use Mad about Specs.
Ask as many questions as you like, they are brilliant. So patient and understanding, I especially liked the trial scheme where you trial up to 4 x frames at a time. I persisted with this method and found just what I wanted. With me anyway, my lenses were not straight forward, but they were tireless in their efforts to get things just right. In the end I paid a third of the price I have previously paid on the high street, saving me more than £200 pounds! Thank You! ‘Mad About Specs’

I bought some glasses from this website, they were the wrong frames but the right prescription. I contacted them to let them know and have never received a reply
