Excellent service -great product as well -helped me all the way through getting the correct paint mix & colour which was brilliant-would definitely recommend

The first bottle I received was the wrong colour, but after a call to Mad paints and speaking to Ruby. Who was really helpful, I soon had the correct shade of silver delivered a couple of days later. I have used Madpaints in the past and would definitely recommend.

I have no complaints with ordering, delivery or colour match, all was good.
The only thing I would say was the colour MG quote is a different name to the grey I received but match up was perfect

Great paint and perfect match. Delivered quickly, packed well and in excellent condition.

Spoke to customer service, girls were lovely and very helpful in checking delivery for me. Paint and lacquer arrived all okay and worked perfectly.

Very quick delivery, came within few days of ordering via Royal Mail and paint did the job in covering minor scratches.

Absolutely tip top service ! I ordered a touch up paint for my Puma, unfortunately it arrived damaged packaging and leaking, an email was responded over the weekend with a replacement sent out immediately. Which I received today all ok 👍thanks for great service

Order in the 4th July and now saying good news it’s been delivered, guess what, no delivery and £30 down the drain, sent them and email no reply (yet) not easy to claim for a refund either just email, won’t be using them again poor service.

Update spoke over the phone and had a refunded issued hopefully soon

Same as others. Had multiple emails back and forth because they couldn't find the paint code. Gave them the paint code and they didn't believe me for a while. Paint eventually turned up and didn't match in the slightest. Was basically the same colour as the primer. Awful company. Complete rip off.

Reading other reviews thought I would be chasing for delivery and response. Ordered Sunday received Wednesday. Thank you for the prompt service. Won’t hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

"Mad paint" firstly couldn't find my paint code using reg number. Once that was sorted, paint wasn't dispatched until 4 days later. Then turns up and part of the order is missing. Customer service was very unhelpful. I've now got my truck in the garage prepped and waiting for primer to show up!

Do not use this company, after receiving the paint and after waiting for weeks, i then carefully followed all the instrucutions and it turns out that paint is black and not silver, i am now left with black lines on a silver car and will have to pay severeal hundred for it to be put right.Please, Please Please do not use the rip off company.

Absolutely awful ..watery and NOT a match at all. £45 spent and really really poor.

Took my reg number, told me they had the paint then charged me for it.
Couple of days later I get an email saying they need the paint code (after already selling me the paint) I get them the paint code. Couple of days later another email saying they can’t mix this paint after all and I can have my money back in a week or so 🤦🏻‍♂️

Feels like a scam, take your money and keep it till some other customer gives them more to pay you back and the cycle will continue. I’ll avoid in future.

Ordered paint from Mad Paint on 21st May, two weeks later no sign, no tracking information on the Evri tracking code. Completely pointless ordering from this company a weekend job is now taking weeks waiting for paint.

When Mad Paints couldn’t find the correct colour from the reg No, they guided me through trying to find the VIN, the paint then arrived a few days later. Kind, helpful and over and above the call of duty for such a little order. I would recommend them.

Ordered the paint after supplying the code which identified the correct vehicle and colour. Received email confirming the order and dispatch the same day. Over a week later I hadn’t received the paint so emailed to query. I was advised they’d emailed me the same day as I’d ordered to advise they couldn’t supply the paint without the code! I never received this message and due to the delay I requested a refund.
I then received another email to tell me that they could send a replacement as the first one should have been received!! I again requested a refund which has now been actioned after almost three weeks of messing around.
I wish I’d read the reviews of this company before I placed my order as I would have steered clear and gone straight to the dealer instead!
