Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical, my friend redeemed a voucher from wowcher for a bearvement lamp for me from magic trend and I ended up with no bearvement lamp but a pair of useless wireless earphones. You don't even deserve one star!!!!

I would avoid at all costs!!!!

I would avoid at all costs. I ordered a Moonlamp off living social and my voucher code email came through with clear instructions. I tried using the voucher code provided and it doesnt work on Magic Trends website. I have been emailing them back and fourth the last few days. First they said the code I provided to them did not show any orders and then they said all I need to do is enter that same code into the link provided and it will work. Im very dissatisfied as my issue is still not resolved.

I wish I had seen these reviews before…

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying a Wowcher Voucher for personalised item. I would not of wasted my time. Magic Trend website saying my voucher is not valid...not response from Magic Trend. Their Website just continuously tells me it is "loading". From reviews...can't see me getting a refund. So, going back to Wowcher now to complain. Avoid...don't buy anything.

Cheap tat with no customer service

It is interesting to see all the responses to poor reviews saying "contact us so that we can resolve the issue for you" but when you contact Magictrend to request a refund for their cheaply made, overpriced, borderline counterfeit goods they don't offer a refund. Just repeated replies to every email stating "Could me might offer replacement?". I do not want a replacement the headphones are not fit for purpose.
IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE BELOW:
The item is broken as sound is tinny and continually cuts out. Magictrend have repeatedly refused to provide a return address and have repeatedly sent the explanation below which does not hold water.

Getting a refund is so complicated .

When I checked tracking service

When I checked tracking service, my order said it had been delivered even though it hadn't. I contact Magictrend and was told it had been delivered as it had been signed for. My parcel did eventually turn up

DO NOT BUY - CHINA - CHEAP AND NASTY- I bought these " A personalised moon lamp" from a reputable voucher company , then onto Magic Trend who did not ONCE state that these were coming from China. Their tracking system is next to useless - they give false information on delivery, they take ages to arrive and when they do they are RUBBISH - do not [purchase. Don't expect a refund if you change your mind

Terrible company. Ordered the moon lamp through wowcher. At first I thought I'd bought one with text and photo but I must of clicked text by mistake. So upon inputting my wowcher details I thought I'd be getting an option for photo after the text input.

The item was processed and I immediately emailed them asking if I could have a photo and willing to pay any extra fees. The response I got a few days later was that they can't do this as the item is now being made.

I immediately responded again asking for them to not ship and have a potential refund. Another few days later I got the response of they can't refund as item is dispatched but that they would be happy to help when I get my order.

So my order came and I asked if I could return only for them to reply with they only accept returns if faulty.
