If I could give zero I would. Waited 4 weeks for a withdrawal yet when I asked to cancel the withdrawal, it was processed within an hour. Stay away, total scam. I only wish I’d read the reviews before opening an account with them. They need shutting down

Unfortunately the only people who will read this review will be other people chasing withdrawals.

However if by chance you are debating whether to use this casino or not then steer clear. So many casino sites these days offer almost instant withdrawal yet these mugs have made me wait 3 weeks already with no further update.

The withdrawal confirmation email suggests it will take 4 working days so I can only assume they work about 2 days a month.

I only signed up to this casino to receive money on Free Cash which I didn't even receive so I assume this casino blocked that as well. Luckily I did make a profit at this casino, but fat lot of good that is if I never receive my withdrawal.

Why won't they pay out?!
I've been waiting for £500 to be paid into my account by Magicwin Casion for longer than 21 days now. They don't answer your questions and I can't complain about them via the gambling commission which is really strange.
I see some people have had payments made from their winnings so I'm holding out hope for another couple o f weeks or so, but please give me any advice on how to deal with this if you have any 🙏🏾

Avoid any site with Magicwin as the prefix. They add numbers at the end to try and fool you. THEY DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS. The phone number listed on Trust Pilot is for a Majestic Wine store so even that’s false.

Withdrawal not processed within suggested time. Stay away.

I only gave 1 star as there is nothing lower to give, I have been waiting nearly 2 months now for my withdrawal to be processed and they keep saying it can take a while to pay out and to just be patient??? I think this site is just a scam and i would not recommend it to anyone..

It's a complete mess, initiated a withdrawal of 444 EUR in early March on a crypto wallet. They stated that withdrawal undergoing routine 7-21 working days review. All those days went and no money, they are answering the same way in the chat and cut dialog immediately. And they aren't responding on emails. Apart from 444 eur stack in so-called withdrawal "process" also 1000 eur remains in the balance. Assume I'll never receive the money. Avoid this bookie at all cost, same for Goldenlion.bet, as they are complete clone of Magicwin.

Wow - got an email offering 150% bonus and free spins and only offered 50% bonus - chatted with an agent who was rude and closed down the chat. Be aware they make offers they will not make. Off to report them to the appropriate authorities.

31 days later (working days) I get the same response, checks needed etc… no signs of my withdrawal happening.
Avoid at all costs, there’s a chance you won’t get your winnings!!

Do not ever use this site ! I won £250 at the start of February , after waiting the initial 21 days you will then get panned off continuously with the same pre written message , after being in live chat over 50 times I just gave up , reversed the withdrawal then spent it , thank god ! Account closed

Worst online bookmaker I’ve ever experienced. Bunch of scammers. Constantly brush you off with the same generic comments. They take money and then don’t wanna pay out. I’m gonna be contacting my bank as I think I might have a better chance getting my money back for the scam site.

Iv been using for a while but won 380 at 3am. I requested a withdrawal and it was in my bank by 6pm the same day. Although I have tried to contact them before about a month ago regarding my account and have never had a reply. I must say I'm shocked, but very pleased but I only deposit 20 pounds a time and never accept bonuses.

Would not even give it one star absolutely shit site I withdrawn £200 on 8th March still not received it & doubtful I will & phone number not even connected to them it's a wine company says it all scam scam scam stay away.

Just to give you a heads up, several police forces across Europe are tracking these scammers, they have tracked the ip addresses of the live chat advisors who are in on the scam. They will have a knock on the door quiet soon.
