And everyone and I mean everyone whom trys to withdraw funds then get told to wait 21 days do verification...
No matter what you do you will not get your funds out..
Even if you complain they will just mark it down as unresolved they have a UK licence but it's not a full UK licence so they are not fully complain to UK gaming rules

What in fact they do is set up a director on UK company house run the website for a couple of years at the same time giving all this excuses to the customers of why they're not getting a withdrawal but you were never getting it because your funds never went into the casino it went into some other account which was then transferred straight away to another account until it finally gets overseas

They will then dissolve the company bankrupt it.
They will keep the casino but just change the web address by adding an extra letter
And then reopen another limited company on company house always fake addresses even some of the directors on some of their sites passed away years ago and they are still listed as the current director...

These type of scam and fraud casinos have been seriously increasing and it seems that no UK government or gambling commission are doing anything about it...

Have multiple fines in Europe from many different countries..

Really enjoy the games, I made my first withdrawal and after a few days I read the reviews on here and started to panic but it was paid within a week, all my subsequent withdrawals have been paid out within 24hr with the exception of Friday nights, for some reason they get paid out on sunday. I would give 5 starts if they had deposit limits you could set because sometimes I go a little overboard

Magic Win are absolute fraudsters, don't believe the positive reviews you see on here, theyre fake. I withdrew back in November and am still waiting for my money. Absolute useless staff who copy and paste the same information and tell me to be patient when I have been since November. You don't get a response from their email address unless you want to cancel your withdrawal then they will email you withing seconds, disgusting company that need to be shut down. Don't wast your money here its a scam, they let you withdraw once or twice then don't pay, its part of their scam!

Withdrew a couple hundred in the middle of November 2024. I still have not received my winnings. Contacted them numerous times only to be fobbed off with the same old rubbish of "influx of withdrawals" " your request has been marked as urgent" "the team are looking at it as a matter of urgency" blah blah blah. After waiting over a month for my funds and having no luck, I tried a different approach. I contacted magicwin via their online chat service and requested my withdrawal to be reversed, which happened after a day or so.
I then tried withdrawing via a different method - this time I requested a smaller amount -£100 instead of the full £500 - and ⁹requested it via bank transfer rather than refunding to my debit card. I then received an email asking for some ID documents last week Thursday. Today I have no pending withdrawl on my magicwin page and £100 pending credit to my bank account! Finally some success! I have tired repeating rhe process with another £100 withdrawl to see what happens.

If anyone is having trouble, this could be an option. Good luck!

I applied for my first withdrawal beginning of February, nearly 3 months ago of £83.
I've spoke to support many times and they just keep sending copy and paste msgs !

Just an update after I have stopped playing here as I realised they are scammers. They routinely try to take money from my bank account, sometimes £0.72p and sometimes £7.00 and using different names like "Walmart" and other names, luckily I canceled the card I used with this site so they do not get any money from me.
