This company was easy and simple to use. I measured my windows using their guides (and triple checked them to make sure I did not have errors). I also paid the little extra to ensure that I could have a replacement should my Perfect Fit blinds not fit and for my piece of mind. They fitted perfectly (as per their name) apart from I measured the depth of our windows wrong (my error) and the company was very quick to send me out more clips without question. Once we had the clips, the blinds clicked into place in no time at all. Would definitely buy them again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend make my blinds. Not only having to wait for over 2 weeks and completely wrong tracking sent. The colour is COMPLETELY different to what is on the photo. Unable to help as “i didn't order a sample first”. Then I had a serious issue with skylight blinds which stopped me installing them so I had to return them. I boxed it all up, and contacted them to arrange a return and was told I had to reinstall them and send a video. Shocking company, and will never use again. Blinds 247 is MUCH MUCH BETTER.

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!
Quality of the blinds is horrific. Design is horrific. Customer service horrific, my experience was horrific they literally do not care and are not interested if there is an issue. Leaving me with no choice but to contact the Ombudsman and make it known to everybody NOT to order from them. I seriously don't wish anybody to suffer like I have. I ordered the no drill blinds, my room was freshly plastered 2 months ago. The tightening cog is way too large, even touching the top of the window recess but due to the size the blind doesn't fit well and the blind comes underneath my window vents which looks ridiculous from inside and outside the house. I was told there is nothing wrong with the design it's my windows??? Nothing like passing the buck G....!
Nothing on the website states not to use on newly plastered walls and due to the fit it's made a huge hole in my wall. I spoke to G.... who suggested she wouldn't use this type of blind, but how was I supposed to know as there is nothing to state otherwise on the website.
The blinds slip down the window continuously due to the poor design. The chain keeps breaking as the child clip is weak. If I open or close the blinds the chain breaks and the blind slips down the window, who wants a blind they can't use? Colour is different to what I ordered, honestly I could go on forever. Please, please think twice before ordering this shabby and extremely poor quality so called blinds. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I have put my faith in the Ombudsman who was utterly shocked and appalled by the treatment I had received. I will look forward to getting it sorted via them.

Very good company to order blinds from. They look really smart on all of the windows in our house and was a dream to install! Customer support have also been very helpful. Only small issue is there was not enough clips supplied so will need to get in contact to get some more sent out - but this is a small issue and sure make my blinds won’t have a problem :)

Excited to have ordered the blinds, they arrived roughly 3 weeks after ordering as they were made in China. Unfortunately upon arrival we found that the cassette of the blinds was indented and therefore we could not use them. Following the online advise on how to return, we contacted MAKEMYBLINDS immediately by phone, which was not answered even after several attempts. We then emailed them attaching all requested photos of the damaged blinds, the wrongly sent brackets (side bracket)
,as we needed top mounting brackets. and a photo of the undamaged packaging they were delivered in to proof that we had no indication of the damage prior to opening. There was no response from this email, though we did resend it. In order to get our problem resolved we had to keep trying to contact them.
Phone calls again apparently still ignored. As a last resort we tried the online chat facility but not giving it much hope as AI usually does not solve any problems.
After a few times explaining our situation and going round in circles AI wanted to know if our problem was resolved. Answering NO suddenly a human being called CHRISTIAN took over. He was our lifeline! He initiated a remake of the blinds and even sent the right brackets after numerous emails and phone calls with him. It was a long process but we got
there in the end at no extra cost. If it was not for Christian we don’t think our problem would have been resolved!
Christian went above and beyond to make this situation right for us, We are immensely grateful to him! He is a credit to MAKEMYBLINDS

I ordered 3 blinds, 1 came broken, another the top panel was to long! Emailed the company and no reply, impossible to get through on the phone. I paid a lot of money for these blinds and the customer service is poor! A response to my email about the faulty blinds would be handy! Other than that the blinds are good quality and exactly what I wanted!

I chose make my blinds as they were the only company that had a blind with tapes available for width of 2.5 meters. I am very happy with the quality of the blinds. They are a statement piece in my home. Will order from them again in the future.Found the delivery quick.

Where do I even begin??
I placed an order online on the 27th November 2025. I finally received my blinds on the 13th December. When they arrived they were not the colour I ordered. I ordered the day and night blind in 'Dovetail' and I received 'Granite'. After daily phonecalls to multiple employees I am still no further forward with a resolution. You still have my money, I still don't have confirmation in writing that the blind I actually ordered is going to be remade and issued to me....I am currently left with a blind in a colour I did not order. Customer service is appalling. You'd think given this mistake was made by yourselves you'd be quick to resolve it.... couldn't be further from the truth. Now I'd like either the blind I ordered sending to me or a full refund. Disgusting service and aftercare

I ordered my blind in a colour (Dovetail) I had previously ordered and it arrived and was a completely different colour. I was then advised that the shades had changed in the 11 months since I last ordered which is very odd considering after I was informed of this I ordered a sample and the sample arrived in the original colour I had ordered. I assume you simply could not be bothered to rectify my issue by sending out the correct coloured blind so you refunded. I stand by my original review.
