I joined Malina on the 6th of July and had deposited a total of $3400 that night, I had thought someone was also on my account which I told the live chat but as I closed chat I thought nothing of it and deposited another 500$ and before even picking a game my account was closed, I have been non stop emailing there support line in regards to a refund of my 500$ that was in the account before it was closed and just been ignored or sent automated messages, I’d stay clear from this site as you will not be attended to quickly if in need of help, it’s been nearly a month and still no reply regarding the situation

I’ve played this casino a lot over the past months, deposited quite a lot of money but never really won much. Recently I had some good wins so tried to withdraw, that was a big mistake Malino likes you to deposit but they don’t like you to withdraw. I tried on four occasions to withdraw €400 each time they told me everything was fine then after two days they return the money back to the casino account. You then have to start the process all over again and again and again. I’m supposed to be a VIP customer what a joke the customer support send nonsense emails telling you they will expedite your withdrawal only to find two days later it’s back to where it started. This casino perpetuates outrageous bad practice on their customers who they claim to value and I would recommend that anyone reading this review stay far away from this casino

it says on their website that they are fast with payouts, that is a complete lie, they are incredibly lousy with withdrawals, apparently no one works at weekends, only a minimum withdrawal of NOK 5,000, customer support is clearly poorly trained, different versions come , tried to send an email but no reply, there are other gaming companies that are much better than these, so I recommend steering clear.

Have asked multiple people on live chat the reason and get given different ones every time. Emailed support about it and received no reply. I've withdrawn before with no issues so there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

I registered here and won a higher amount after more deposits. Started the 2 withdraval progress (for limit/day) After a day they blocked my account the reason pop up on the screen it was "to many times tried to login with wrong password. please contact support on chat, or email."
I have saved password and tried only once.

Worst casino ever, withdrawing your funds is an absolute nightmare 500 euro minimum withdrawal and takes over 5 days to receive the funds, lost over 2k on this website because the withdrawal takes ages and because of my impatience ended up losing the rest of the money. constant bugs happening mid games also.
If they would fix the withdrawal limit and the time it takes to withdraw would be a decent site.
but as of now I wouldn't recommend to new comers looking to have fun and make money.

I joined malina casino and after winning a couple of hundred euros I went to withdraw some of the money the next thing I know is my account is closed and live chat tell you you will receive an email shortly still no email and when you email support you get no reply from them 😑 would not recommend this site worst customer service i ever came across

Complete scam of a casino, support are useless, keep fobbing me off by email and doing nothing and changing people i am speaking to in mid chat. I had 7k in account, can only withdraw 500 at a time, withdrew 2 500s. pending for 2 days, and then they were cancelled and the money was not returned to my account, they are robbing me, stay away from them!
