Refunding 500$

I joined Malina on the 6th of July and had deposited a total of $3400 that night, I had thought someone was also on my account which I told the live chat but as I closed chat I thought nothing of it and deposited another 500$ and before even picking a game my account was closed, I have been non stop emailing there support line in regards to a refund of my 500$ that was in the account before it was closed and just been ignored or sent automated messages, I’d stay clear from this site as you will not be attended to quickly if in need of help, it’s been nearly a month and still no reply regarding the situation

I’ve played this casino a lot over the…

I’ve played this casino a lot over the past months, deposited quite a lot of money but never really won much. Recently I had some good wins so tried to withdraw, that was a big mistake Malino likes you to deposit but they don’t like you to withdraw. I tried on four occasions to withdraw €400 each time they told me everything was fine then after two days they return the money back to the casino account. You then have to start the process all over again and again and again. I’m supposed to be a VIP customer what a joke the customer support send nonsense emails telling you they will expedite your withdrawal only to find two days later it’s back to where it started. This casino perpetuates outrageous bad practice on their customers who they claim to value and I would recommend that anyone reading this review stay far away from this casino

Malina is another BS casino out of Curacao. 10 straight deposits of dead spins, not one scatter within those deposits. I decided to close my account and not play on their site. They get 2 stars for a previous smooth withdraw that wasn't within 3 days. Prior to the closure of my account, I explained the mentioned, the agent advised, I will check and return with an answer, closed my account without a sorry, no reply, no offer and didn't close my account. Great Customer Service from this Curacao gaming site! Up-date Mar/21/25; finding out this scum, scam casino never closed my account, which they don't have responsible gaming tools, therefore I requested my account to be closed, 2 days now and it's still not locked. Stay away from this corrupt casino, don't believe the 5 star reviews and just like most Curacao sites, their deceptive with too much lying. 5 days, my account isn't locked. Finally closed my account.

Very racist staff and the worst customer service in the world. They also took 540$ from my account and it disappeared no phone to call for help and there chat has no supervisor also they can’t even type English correctly they ignored ever question I asked them

steer clear of this site

it says on their website that they are fast with payouts, that is a complete lie, they are incredibly lousy with withdrawals, apparently no one works at weekends, only a minimum withdrawal of NOK 5,000, customer support is clearly poorly trained, different versions come , tried to send an email but no reply, there are other gaming companies that are much better than these, so I recommend steering clear.

Can't withdraw

Can't withdraw, just gives an error.

Have asked multiple people on live chat the reason and get given different ones every time. Emailed support about it and received no reply. I've withdrawn before with no issues so there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

Relevant team is doesnt give answer from 2 days.
I registered here and won a higher amount after more deposits. Started the 2 withdraval progress (for limit/day) After a day they blocked my account the reason pop up on the screen it was "to many times tried to login with wrong password. please contact support on chat, or email."
I have saved password and tried only once.
After that I wrote the problem, in chat an email as well, because it was impossible reason, they try shaked down me.
So next day I got the first withdraval to my bankaccount and assistant said the relevant team said to him/her they Closed my account without reopen opportunity. I asked Why? but I think so the assitants are changed information with another online casinos where I am asked that (closing account), or is in same group but nobody notified me when I registered, and deposited. The main problem several online casinos is use same online assistant.
So after couple days What about I said above, I got one withdravaled money to my bankaccount, but not arrived another one. Therefore asked them what happened because they promised me about answer but didnt get. Assistant in Chat is said dont need to worry because, I will get another amount. So I am very interest what really happened, why gave me fake reason for closing account on the screen.
They doesnt like if anyone win a littlebit more? After that they try findout any reason? Why shaked me down? Why not possible speak with manager?
I am very disappointed in this casino.
I have seriously state that fact, someone in that site abuse with customers data. So email addresses trading and steal bankcard details. Must be int this site higher security and investigation which employe a cheater. It is the biggest problem and I dont really understand if has so many complain by customers how does it work this casino in last 3 years. Currently, I said again: currently, definitely not recommended. Instantly limited so can't complete rollover

Joined with the welcome offer and won the first couple bets towards the 2000 Euro rollover then was instantly limited so low that it's now almost impossible to complete the rollover and may have to forfeit my winnings.

Have been in touch with customer service via email but still received no reply.

Stay Away From This Website!!!

Worst casino ever, withdrawing your funds is an absolute nightmare 500 euro minimum withdrawal and takes over 5 days to receive the funds, lost over 2k on this website because the withdrawal takes ages and because of my impatience ended up losing the rest of the money. constant bugs happening mid games also.

If they would fix the withdrawal limit and the time it takes to withdraw would be a decent site.

but as of now I wouldn't recommend to new comers looking to have fun and make money.

Complete scam of a casino, support are useless, keep fobbing me off by email and doing nothing and changing people i am speaking to in mid chat. I had 7k in account, can only withdraw 500 at a time, withdrew 2 500s. pending for 2 days, and then they were cancelled and the money was not returned to my account, they are robbing me, stay away from them!
