Jim was great in the Train the Trainer course. His energy was fantastic and he helped to tailor the training to our field. We are taking a lot of what we learned to improve our current training plans.

My employer booked the Train the Trainer course at our facility for our training team. The instructor James was very knowledgeable and conveyed the information in a very clear and digestible way. His enthusiasm for the content he presented helped to keep the class engaged and provided useful tools for us to use in the future.

Participated in the Business Case writing class with Shruti M S. This class was very beneficial and helped me to put all the pieces of business writing together. Shruti, took into consideration my skillset and catered the development of the class around it. A must take class!

Jim conducted our "Leading Effective Teams" training and presented the material in a way that was easy to understand. I was able to take multiple items from this class and use.

Helpful information for employees psychology.

We did a full day training on Motivating People. Our instructor, Mr. Hodges, was very kind in giving us the training and showing us how to make tweaks into the implementations we already had put into place for our company. We would absolutely recommend mr. Hodges as a trainer

Took the 1 Day Business Writing Training with my colleagues. Was able to actively learn by participating in activities that led to greater understanding. Ty was enthusiastic from start to end.

Some of the exercises were extremely helpful and pushed participants out of their comfort zones in a healthy way. However, the content of the course felt a little unorganized, not very personalized, and oftentimes a bit rudimentary.

We had a great Business Writing training for our entire team. Our leader, Ty Nichols, was engaging, fun and uplifting. We covered a lot of territory for one day. In the end our team left inspired and with new tools for writing and presenting. Thanks, Ty!

The two full days of training were a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to participate in these great workshops led by my trainer, Gabriela Covaci. The training extended my knowledge of what leadership is all about, and I will strongly recommend that others come and experience the same topics and maybe enjoy the Canadian winter more than I do. I conducted a training session on Time Management recently and was very impressed with the training materials and overall process. I've done training for several companies and must congratulate Mangates for how thorough the materials including the participants training manual are and how responsive the support staff were.
