I was a trainer for a Mangates class recently. I was contacted on very short notice, given the materials, and taught the class all within about 36 hours. The class went very well and I was paid. I'm giving four stars because several things on Mangates part could have gone better, but my experience was generally positive and I did get paid. The feedback I got from the students was very positive. I can't say much about Mangates, as I have had little experience with them up to this point, and I would encourage others to read others reviewers comments and make up their own minds.

While there have been a few gaps, their communication has always been reciprocal, empathetic, clear, and timely, ensuring that all parties are aligned, informed, and satisfied. Mangates TS excels in adapting to multi-site, onsite, and eLearning environments, easily meeting clients' diverse needs. Their adherence to structured training processes and practices is commendable, contributing significantly to my seamless delivery of practical, relevant, and engaging educational services.

Mangates is a resourceful and trustworthy company. I have a very positive experience working with Mangates. The company gives us lot of opportunities to enlighten the participants with knowledge.

I was pleased with my experience. As a seasoned training professional, it was good to get the opportunity to teach in person since so much of what I do is eLearning.

The organization prides itself on employing experienced trainers who are experts in their fields. These trainers use proven adult educational methods combined with industry expertise to deliver exceptional training experiences. We appreciate the practical support provided both before and after training sessions, which enhances their learning experience.

If you get contacted to do a training for this company, make sure you get paid upfront. Did 3 trainings for them and only got paid for 1/2 of the first training. Contract was to be paid within the 5 days after training. It’s been almost a month for 1st and 2 weeks for the rest. Keep getting told “you’ll receive payment this weekend” or “Give me 1 Day to check I’ll let you know” now they are not answering. Funny thing is they offer training for Managment and communication but have failed drastically.
Do not fall for it!

Mangates is an indian criminal organisation which scams people offering courses that never take place. Nothing of them exists. It's all a fraud. Also don't trust the 5 stars reviews. They are all affiliates.

1. Signed up for in person course in 2022. It was rescheduled, then moved to virtual so asked for refund. Got it.
2. Signed up for course in-person, scheduled for today. Oct 19, 2023. Went and no one was aware of course. Emailed, called, WhatsApped organizers...no response. Close to hr later, phone call. It was rescheduled...I received no email. No, not in junk either. Was then re-forwarded the email from rescheduled course comms from 2022. And they had the audacity to say "You said you have not received email from us, however I can see your reply for the date change"....THE WHOLE EMAIL CHAIN WAS FROM 2022!!! I was then asked to show them comms that there was in fact a course scheduled for today, by them....needless to say, I'm dumbfounded at this point. I forwarded them my receipt with the date of the course, today, and you can still find the course in Eventbrite online, so I forwarded a pic of that to them as well. I will never attempt to take any courses with them in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.

Skilled Trainers and good learning Experience

Great Learning Experience throughout the session and the session was very interactive.

I received unsolicited commercial email from a "James Taylor" at mgtrainingworld.com promoting classes at mangates.com. I never provided my email address to either of these organizations for any marketing purpose whatsoever (I give each different company their own virtual email address, so it's obvious when I am being spammed). If they are this free-wheeling with their marketing, you have to wonder what else they're doing that's unethical if not illegal.

Update: I've seen two credible reports on LinkedIn that this company is stealing other's intellectual property and selling it as their own.
