Impossible to Make REturns
Ordered several items, they got delivered on ok. However when i tried the return with the date, the website DOES NOT allow to make the return, tried 30 times. And there was no one to call when needed to speak to someone, the web site is fixed so that you can not have tracking of your correspondance. Went to bank, and thus have no proof of me trying to return, thus loss of £690. Manono is correct, it is a NO,.! web site looked cheap and dis reputable. Keep with well known companies, the stress and wasted time was a bigger thing than the loss of money. Wow what a Company, big flobb off to customer service & customers.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Well packed, delivered on time and went together well. Looks very good but the seat is a bit cheap, will have to be replaced with a more expensive type

Lovely product
Lovely product, fast delivery, great value. Easy to assemble but my only issue was the backing board was tacked on rather than slid into grooves, which ment you can see it as its brown and not black. Good old black sharpy to the rescue!
