I have been using this company for years.
A couple of days ago a £5 discount voucher came on my email and after Checkin my freezer I didn’t have any pies left in stock.
I ordered ten pies and tried to administer the voucher code and was rejected, tried several times still no joy.
I contacted them to be told offer had finished! (1 day)
This is nothing but a giant con.

I've not had pine mesh since 1985 when I used to live in London I now live in Norfolk I used to love it every week Mom would ask one of us to go and get to get pine mash and for yesterday for the first time in years I loved it I'm also having it tonight and tomorrow that's why I bought some many and yes I will be coming back for some more in the future keep up the good work and they'll be back soon many thanks LC Dade

I was nervous about ordering for delivery, but any doubts were banished as I unpacked the order. It was so well packed and with many ice packs around the containers. I followed the reheating directions, which were very specific, and all was good! The pies and liquor were pretty much as I'd remembered (I made my own mash from Cornish potatoes!) and it was very enjoyable.

I’m a Londoner living in Cornwall, this brought back lots of great memories. The only thing I forgot to order was the 🌶️ vinegar, every thing was great, will be ordering again.

Excellent delivery and very well packaged, easy to order. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food. Hard crusty pies that we couldn’t cut through but worse still was the liquor. Certainly wasn’t true East end pie, mash and liquor. Liquor was made from cornflour and smelt awful. It was literally a lump of jelly in a plastic tub. Unfortunately none of us ate any of it. Wasted £47.00.

First time pie and masher here..my husband is a misplaced cockney and is always reminiscing about the Manzes shop in the Deptford of his youth .I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was..ordering was easy..delivery was bang on time and we both enjoyed a very good supper.

Packed perfectly . Anyone out there who keeps thinking about ordering. Just do it .
i grew up with my grandad eating pie n mash as a treat at Manze in Walthamstow Market .
Tastes exactly the same , with there vinegar !! . im 58 now but all those memories came back , just one think missing , my Grandad .

This was the first time we had ordered from here. The food came packaged perfectly with the instructions. We have tried several different pie and mash shops and this is definitely the best one hands down. The portions were very good The pies were so good as was the mash. The liquor was very good as well. The pastry on the pies was delicious. We were so so happy with our first order and we will definitely be ordering again.

Today I finally had a call from Menzie today apologising for the mishap I had with them. Although this took a few weeks to hear from them, once the staff member, understood my frustration at trying to get a refund they were very understanding. I did point out that trying to make contact with them was very difficult she said that she would report all of my concerns to the company. I did reiterate I've been eating their pies for the last 68 years and they as good as they have always been. But that wasn't my problem, but when something goes wrong it's important to be able to make them aware. Thank you Menzie's

Delicious pies and mash. Fast delivery and beautifully packed with ice and bubble wrap to keep it safe in transit. Really easy to heat up. We loved it. Recommend

I'd tried to order from Manzes a couple of times but had problems with their website. Having a problem again this time I phoned the Tower Bridge shop on Monday and the lady there was very helpful and gave me the number for the chilled deliveries. This's where I came into contact with the very friendly and helpful Scarlet. I can't speak high enough about how she helped me out over two phone calls, any company would be lucky to have this young lady working for them. My order arrived exactly as promised in Cornwall on Thursday and we're all looking forward to a Pie, Mash and Liquor supper on Friday, with lashings of chilli vinegar. I've eaten Pie,Mash and Liquor at quite a few different P+M shops but Manzes is my/our favourite.

Ordered for my parents as a surprise, it came very well packaged, fresh, and tasted absolutely amazing—a taste of home for my mum. We will definitely be ordering again soon.

There was a delivery problem with my order and Scarlet dealt with it promptly and professionally. I live in Scotland, although I was born and brought up in London. Scarlet's acknowledgement that Scotland is a different country will have the nationalists cheering and who knows perhaps they may think of trying Manzes pie & mash themselves.

Scarlett dealt with my question very quickly and put me at ease. Looking forward to receiving my parcel

Fantastic service and the pies are absolutely scrumptious. Can't recommend enough. The whole experience of ordering online was really easy. We had a large chilled delivery including mash, liquor and pies. Everything was packaged well with clear heating instructions. Customer service was excellent with a few questions I had. Superb .

I've wanted pie and mash etc since our football team moved. Fell apon this site which delivers directly to our door. Purchase and deliver in great time.
