The design looks exactly like the photos, which I appreciated. However, the fit is much smaller than the size guide suggested. I had to spend extra time and money getting it adjusted locally. It’s a nice piece, just be careful with the measurements before buying.

Disappointing experience
Hi there
Just would like to express my sincere disappointment with this firm. Not only l have been waiting for orders to arrive for weeks, but the luck of communication during this process was very disappointing. If I wouldn’t chase the order and asking for the update on my order, I would not hear from this company. Also when the rest of the order arrived, the return process was very frustrating and the customer service was very demanding and long. You have either choice to keep your goods and get 40% back or you can return it directly to the USA warehouse but for the refund you have to wait until it is delivered there. I certainly won’t be returning to this company as it is not the quality and service I am use to - just wanted to try it out as on the photos the items looks good, but after receiving the packaging and the items itself, it is obvious to that it is not great firm. Let’s see if the refund will be received and when ?

I ordered a couple of items from Marbury London last month. While the quality of the material is actually quite nice for the price, the delivery process was a headache. It took nearly two weeks to arrive with very little communication in between. If you aren't in a rush, it's a fair deal, but they definitely need to speed up their fulfillment process.

Cheap material
There was no description of the material of the tote bag I bought. The original price was £125, now reduced to £49.99
Assuming at original price it would be leather or at least good quality matetial. Arrived, 100 polyester. The style of bag is nice but the outer material and more so cheap lining tells me this bag is not worth the price I paid and certainly not the original price of £125
