I ordered a jumper as a gift. The company says they deliver free by Royal Mail - mine took 12 days by Evri and when it arrived it was poor quality; the knitting was loose and the garment had been poorly sewn together with a different coloured wool, which made it more noticeable. On further investigations, all the photos on the website appear to be AI- generated and I wish I’d read the reviews before using them. They may have a shop in London, but by their own admission, the clothing is made in China.

I bought two coats from them. Very cheap quality, size is not uk size. I sent them an email asking for a refund, no response. And from their website, apparently you have to send the items to China. Totally scam!

Extremely poor quality clothes that don't match the pictures or the
description.They advertise very quality clothes on instagram and their website also misleading you to believe they are a london based store selling high end stuff in Xmas sale but they send you shockingly poor quality clothes from china.
The seller asked me to post the things back to china at on own expense using a tracked service also saying they take no responsibility and won't process a refund if they can't 'find' the parcel even after it has been 'delivered'. What a joke!! This company is a scam. I have reported this company to my payment provider.

Very poor quality compared to prices, absolutely pictures very different from real clothes and far low quality, requested a return of all order, will update if this went well or there is trouble.

Extremely poor quality products , the worst refund policy , which depicts that even they dnt have the confidence in their own products.

I ordered a longchamp bag in the colour ebony from this website and after reading the reviews on here, I became very worried that the bag was going to be a cheap knock-off. I recently received it after 2 weeks of waiting and I'm honestly pleasantly surprised. The bag looks super real, I don't think it is authentic like they advertised it to be but it's definitely a very good looking replica.
The leather is real, the hardware is exactly like a real longchamp bag, the handles are sturdy, the leather flap has a diamond pattern just like the real bag, the longchamp logo looks perfect, the zipper glides smoothly and the material of the bag seems to be waterproof and is good quality. It does look like the bag they listed on the website, thankfully! My only issue with it is that the stitching is slightly off which is why I think it's fake, and it also requires an organiser as the bag has barely any structure to it (just like an actual longchamp bag).
However, the bag is not a large despite the website saying so, it's more of a medium but it still fits all my books for school so I'm alright with it. Despite this, I DONT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS SITE!! Many people have commented on how their parcels from this site haven't even arrived, and I can confirm that the delivery process was awful. The website is clearly created with AI and is not even a real shop located in London.
The customer service is pretty decent from what I experienced, they replied to all my concerns but they got quiet whenever I asked for proof of the legitimacy of the bag.

Really very poor quality. And when ask for return make excuses that it gona be to expensive to return to China. And give me 30% return that's all.shame . The item totally no as photo scam

This seller is fraudulent. They are operating under the name Marbury London, which is misleading. When I requested a return, I was told I must ship the item back to China, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

The product quality is extremely poor and bears no resemblance to the images shown on the website. The material is cheap, and the item is clearly misrepresented. Additionally, the sizing is completely inaccurate — I ordered a UK size 14, but the item received would only fit a young teenager.

This is a clear case of misleading advertising and misrepresentation, and I would not have made the purchase had the true origin, quality, and sizing been made transparent.

I have bought a longchamp bag and hasn't arrived even after 2 weeks. This is not based in UK, its completely fake coy from overseas. Please dont buy anything even it is 100% discount.

Buy a longchamp bag there wait more than 2 weeks to on the end received a fake one .. I'm fuming , this is disgusting ! I'm very upset with this company.

After waiting what seemed like forever to receive my coat!.. I am appalled that this company are allowed to carry on selling.
Do not purchase anything from this website.
To top it all the return is china and they take no responsibility if the item is lost in transit.

The coat is sold as wool.
There is no lining and it’s like it’s been made out of an old blanket.
