Brought what I was told was a Longchamp bag at a discount, but it is a cheap and nasty fake -steer clear of this company

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing from Marbury UK.
When the items arrived, the quality was far below expectations and did not match the product images. The materials and finishing raised serious concerns about authenticity.
I contacted customer service to request a full refund, but they refused and only offered store credit or exchange options. As I was not confident in the product quality, I declined these options and requested a refund again.
Instead of resolving the issue professionally, my email access was blocked and my complaint was ignored.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when purchasing.

After 17 days, I received my order and I was very disappointed to see the quality and the shipping standards. The packing was not good, and the quality of the bag was also third class. When I checked the condition of the bag, there were many black marks; it looked like a very old, used bag. My money and time have both been wasted. Therefore, I will tell everyone: don't buy, don't buy anything.

I wished I’d read the reviews before purchasing as they are spot on.
The website looks like high quality clothing & especially when you look at the original price before the sale price you expect a certain standard.
I ordered 2 coats & when they arrived before getting them out I felt as though the packaging was cheap. I was shocked then at the quality. The material was thin with no sort of lining. They were what I’d expect from a well known retailer beginning with S but I’d pay a fraction of the price.
If I hadn’t paid so much I would’ve probably put them into a charity bag but to return cost me £16-£17. I have had my money back but I urge people never to buy from this company & 1 star is too much in my option. They are definitely misleading customers.

I purchased a coat and when it come it was in plastic wrapping with a Chinese label on. It had a button off and a thread sticking out. I was asked to return it and paid £13 to send to the Netherlands- not London. To a personal name I haven’t received the refund

Returns are at your own expense to USA even though they post from the UK
Styles are nice but fabric same as Shein but more expensive. Very slow delivery times.

I ordered a handbag recently and I’m very happy with my purchase.
The bag feels sturdy and well made, and the design looks elegant without being too flashy.

I feel so annoyed that I have been scammed by this fake company!I bought a jacket supposedly reduced to £59.When It finally arrived it was thin cotton quilting and poor quality, I now know from China.No labels inside with care instructions or material content and overall very poor quality.How has this company been allowed to trade for so long?.

Last year I also was tempted to buy a Longchamp bag from Marbury London and I ended up contacting Longchamp directly as I was concerned about the very cheap price. They confirmed they are copies of their bags and not genuine. There are a few more companies doing this once you start scrolling on Facebook they will all come up. Basically they are fake - so probably won’t last long.

I bought two Longchamp bags and a coat. The bags are excellent quality—definitely authentic, from the packaging to the handles. The coat wasn’t perfect, but Marbury London handled it really well. Isabel, the customer rep, was super helpful, and they even let me keep the coat while making a new purchase.

I ordered the same bag in a different color, and it arrived yesterday—again, top quality. Despite some negative reviews, I just wanted to say the company and their bags are truly great!

I ordered a coat and what I received was low quality, different colour, not the same in pictures. It is Chinese small sizes for the UK size, I ordered size 18 and received size 14. No refund and waste of money. Please be careful.

The website looks high-class, the dress I received came from China was cheap , thin and badly made. READ the returns policy before purchasing , it's all about persuading you not to bother! For full rfnd you have to ship back to China at your own cost . Beware the classy looking website and models ... its anything but !

Dodgy!

I ordered a jumper as a gift. The company says they deliver free by Royal Mail - mine took 12 days by Evri and when it arrived it was poor quality; the knitting was loose and the garment had been poorly sewn together with a different coloured wool, which made it more noticeable. On further investigations, all the photos on the website appear to be AI- generated and I wish I’d read the reviews before using them. They may have a shop in London, but by their own admission, the clothing is made in China.

I bought two coats from them. Very cheap quality, size is not uk size. I sent them an email asking for a refund, no response. And from their website, apparently you have to send the items to China. Totally scam!

Extremely poor quality clothes that don't match the pictures or the
description.They advertise very quality clothes on instagram and their website also misleading you to believe they are a london based store selling high end stuff in Xmas sale but they send you shockingly poor quality clothes from china.
The seller asked me to post the things back to china at on own expense using a tracked service also saying they take no responsibility and won't process a refund if they can't 'find' the parcel even after it has been 'delivered'. What a joke!! This company is a scam. I have reported this company to my payment provider.
