We Purchased our house from Marco Harris and I must say I wish the agent we used to sell our property was as efficient as they were ! Nothing was too much trouble any day of the week, we had our own WhatsApp group so everything was instant, makes moving that little bit less stressful. A big thank you too Kieran , Shannon and Coren.

I chose Marco Harris because I’d had previous business with them and had liked their thorough approach, but also because their super-sleek marketing photos seemed to stand out from the crowd. It turned out to be the right choice.

Connor made a stunning video of the interior and exterior of the property for social media, which Kieran professionally and engagingly presented, showcasing each part of the house and garden and highlighting the property’s best features. The online listing also featured attractive high-quality images and a write-up which really portrayed the vibe of the house and the type of lifestyle you could expect if you lived there. I received more interest in the property than I’d expected and just a few days after “going live” I’d accepted an offer and feel that the superior marketing material really helped in securing this.

The majority of business was done through a WhatsApp group so that everyone involved (Kieran, Connor, Shannon and Coren) all knew what was going on and nothing had to be repeated. The team were helpful, easily contactable and responsive. They were on-the-ball and when they promised to do something it was done quickly and efficiently. They provided an exceptional level of service and seem to take personal as well as professional interest in selling property. They provided honest feedback and helped make my house sale a smooth, simple and stress-free experience.

After being terribly let down by a certain estate agents we turned to Marco Harris and his team. They went above and beyond to help evict bad tenants, arranged to have all the rubbish cleared and arranged to have new carpets laid. We were quite stressed when we tried to deal with the situation but Marco and team reduced our stressful situation. I highly recommend them . If I could give them more than 5* I certainly would . Best estate agent going . Well done to Marco and team for great marketing and finding better tenants.

I hadn’t actually heard of Marco Harris until now. I had been given a section 21 as my landlord was selling and was only given 2 months. With panic setting in, a friend had recommended Marco Harris. I spoke with a young lady named Chloe who was very helpful and gave me a viewing. Because of my situation, a single mother of one, the council helped me and Marco Harris new exactly what they needed to do too. They made the transition easy and stress free which really helped! Marc the manager was great too and was always at the end of phone if there was any questions. I’m now settled in and very grateful for Marco Harris.

As a first time landlord Mark couldn’t have made the process any easier. He and Chloe answered any questions that I had and put me at ease.

Had a very positive experience previously and yet again another sterling experience. Great service and quick to help in any way. These guys list the best properties in the area hands down and there’s a reason they get those listings… because they are the best agents around too! 10/10 would reccomend

Everything was going great with the paperwork and admin before my move in date, but as soon as I picked up my keys it was a disaster.

I met Mark at the property to get my keys and the first thing he said to me was 'it hasn't been cleaned to the extent we'd like, but good news is, you can leave it like you found it when you move out!'.

When we walked in to the property it was filthy. The fridge had mouldy left over food in it, there were empty fairy liquid bottles in the sink, dirty sponges, the bathroom bin was FULL with the previous owners rubbish. Everywhere was dirty and dusty.

It took my friend and I a whole day to clean the place before finally starting to move my stuff in the evening. I didn't notice the extent of the dirt when Mark was giving me the keys as it was a quick exchange and I was taking in info about contact details etc.

When I messaged Mark a few days later about the issue, he shifted the blame and said 'You should've said something at the time as I would've sent my cleaners in'. He knew the flat was dirty himself, yet still allowed me to move in.

While I was in the flat I had issues with rats and awful black mould. The mould was dealt with quickly and they sent a dehumidifier to start, but when I said I was still getting some mould they again shifted the blame to me, telling me I should have my heating on (it wasn't cold outside and the heating was extremely expensive to run).

When I moved out I did a surface level clean and left everything tidy - This was more than I should've done considering what it was like when I moved in. They contacted me days later saying they're removing money from my deposit due to how the flat was left. I was in disbelief and managed to argue to get the money down, but they still removed some and I just wanted the ordeal to be over with.

Communication from other members of the team was okay but seemed unprofessional at times with all contact being on Whatsapp and via voice notes.

Ultimately, with the dirty move in experience, mould and the rats coming in to the kitchen (!!) during my time there meant I had no choice but to move out.

Went through Marco Harris when looking to rent a new flat. Mark was brilliant and very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to use Marco Harris, they’re a great team!

Selling a house is always bittersweet coupled with the stress of dealing with viewings, lawyers and mortgage companies (if you are unlikely enough!).

Kieran, Shannon, Coren and Connor really made the process as smooth as possible. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t think twice about instructing them. From the handy WhatsApp group to being available at all hours when we needed something answering urgently they really did earn their money.

The marketing is also fantastic and something that not many agents really offer.

Marco Harris turned a cumbersome lengthy process into a positive and efficient one.
