We purchased a Mini clubman with extremely low mileage from Mark Hopkins, everything about the car was spotless but not really being car people we decided to have a mechanic look over the car before purchase. When he reported back to us, he was shocked that we'd even asked him to look at it because there wasn't a single thing he could fault and agreed that the car was in immaculate condition. Great selection of cars to choose from, spent 4 hours driving there to test drive their bmw it has excellent millage and the car is brand new, quite shocked myself how fuel efficient the car is drove 226 miles and i still had 3/4 fuel in, the handling feels smooth and i love how the car feels like brand new.

My family and I recently bought a 2008 Toyota Alphard from Mark Hopkins Car Sales in Fair Oak, Hampshire, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The car itself was beautifully presented, spotless inside and out, and they offered a very fair part exchange on our old family car. What really stood out was how far they went above and beyond: they arranged the MOT (which the car passed flawlessly), carried out an oil and oil filter change free of charge (even though it wasn’t strictly needed), and even polished the headlights to remove the usual yellowing you get on used cars. On collection day, the car had been freshly cleaned inside and out and looked fantastic.

It’s rare these days to find a dealer who takes so much pride in their service and goes that extra mile to give you peace of mind. We felt fully looked after throughout, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

As soon as we saw the car, we knew it was the one. After a quick test drive, the decision was easy. Mark made the whole process smooth and stress-free, staying flexible and always available - whether it was a quick question or a late-night call, he was just a phone call away.

We spotted the low mileage Audi TT on Autotrader and contacted Mark. A deal was done and deposit paid over the 'phone. As we live a 5 hour drive away. Mark's brother delivered the car by flatbed transporter, we drove the car for the first time then paid the balance due.
The next day we set off on a 400 mile motoring trip with a group of friends, travelling from Lincolnshire to North Yorkshire and driving up hills (1 in 3 at one point) and down dales. The ran comfortably and faultlessy returning 42.5 mpg over the whole trip.
We are very pleased indeed to have bought from this family business and wish Mark continued success,

Mark and his team are fantastic. I purchased a white Ford Focus with approximately 70,000 miles on the odometer, financed. It drives like new and is in perfect condition. Around 10 days after I bought the car, a couple of lights on the dashboard came on. I contacted Mark and handed over the car for him and his team to inspect. A sensor had gone on the car, and the part was ordered, delivered, and the car was fixed on the same day. I cannot fault Mark and his team. They are all so lovely, patient, and knowledgeable. I will always recommend Mark and his team for all things cars.
