Scammers, and I paid with VISA card which gave me no refund...

I ordered a coat and bag from this company, they were advertising theirselves as Barbour outlet shop . Having bought many Barbour products I thought I would be ok .
To date I ve not received anything at all from this company . I complained and they told me that the goods had been stolen in transit and they would resend my order . That was 3 months ago .
Looks like I ve been scammed . Will be contacting credit card company , Barbour UK and my local trading standards , these scammers need to be stopped.

Fraud. Stay away. Contact ypur bnak and dispute the transaction. Beware they will send you a card to fabricate evidence that thye have made a delivery to you. No goods received. STAY AWAY.

They are Chinese scammers.
I paid for some pyjamas online. I was eventually told by a ms that my package was on its way from China. A little plastic envelope arrived that required a signature. It contained a small greetings card and nothing else. I then received another message saying that the parcel had been delivered.

I ordered a jacket in April, still waiting! However I did receive a lovely thank you card, I’ve tried contacting them by email numerous times, they’ve written back a few times with promises that have remained unfulfilled…shocking way of doing business!

Well after being in touch again ,they said I would get a reissue of my items ordered which is

2 PAIRS OF SOCKS
1 OVERSHIRT (BARBOUR)
that was over 4 weeks ago and guess what still no goods please be aware of this website it is just a scam to steal your money,since then they have had numerous emails which they are ignoring,so I can safely say I've lost £70 to these fraudsters ,in future if it's Chinese please AVOID 👍

I would give it zero stars if I could. Parcel of shite this company. Doesn’t matter you spend, you get a thankyou card.

I spend over £80 , after almost 4 weeks wait , they send me card saying “ best wishes “ please avoid this company they are fraud !!!!!!

You’ve been warned

Scam! Be alert. They advertise on Facebook and look like a legitimate clothes outlet. Like other reviewers have said, they send a greetings card instead of any products. Complete scam.

Always takes your money but only sends a thank you card ,so they have proof of posting something, SCAM BEWARE

Like many a consumer has already stated, ordered Barbour shoes only to receive a Best Wishes card. STAY WELL CLEAR and here’s hoping you scammers get your comeuppance

We bought 3 dogbeds and got a presentcard instead. Avoid this website!

I also ordered some Chelsea boots and sliders nothing but a welcome card nothing written on big scam keep well away

I brought some clothes from this website (Seems to have since rebranded as a beauty product vendor). The website appeared to be based in the UK with a wholesale vibe to it selling higher end products with a lower price [Red flag 1].

After purchase, a couple of days went by and i received an email from China with a tracking number [Red flag 2]. A month passes so i look up this trust pilot page and see others experiences [Red flag 3].

I email them to cancel my order and i get a reply from someone's personal email saying its on its way and to be patient. A couple of days later a package arrives - a small envelope weighing roughly 60g which supposedly contains £100s of clothing [Final Red flag delivered]. Inside was a thank you card with no writing on it, hilarious. I reach out immediately to Santander using their app to dispute a transaction.

The takeaway from this experience isn't a bad one - i paid (Temporarily) £100s to learn a lesson. I can see how easy it is for people to fall for modern scams.

If you're looking at this Trustpilot page its probably because you're in the same boat that i was. Document everything and reach out to your bank.

I ordered some items from barbour ( yes they used the south shields shop as the advert) barbour were aware .£200 worth of gifts all I recieved was a card .this had been reported .absolutely disgusting behavior

Scam. Paid. Get shipping details but the only thing that comes through the post is a card. This is an outright fraud.

Block this from your feed if possible total scam advertising Barbour items
