Worst company ever started working with…

Worst company ever started working with them as a civil enforcement officer and was being trained to be soo ruthless it was unbelievable training us to have no empathy no compassion just issue tickets without explanation if driver asks why our response should be "check your ticket for information ". Although I did not like this I had to stay on because It's my bread and butter and need income to pay bills rent etc. However one day while issuing a ticket to a driver after giving him the chance to move his vehicle I was physically attacked by the driver literally wanted to kill me however I switched on my body cam but still did not stop the driver to attack me as the camera was facing towards him he stomped on my foot refusing to let me go. I was really afraid for my safety, called for back up and my team leader showed up and police. After the incident I told this ridiculous company that iam scared to issue tickets due to the incident and can I have more training and will be more confident if I had another CEO with me however there response was "its part of your job so it's up to you what you want to do" basically telling me to carry on as usual or quit. Seriously this is the response, no support from the company.. I mean if I get Seriously assaulted or even stabbed this company would not care at all there point is as long as you make us money we do not care about you, live or die. Bloody disgusting company. All the reviews say how they do not understand or even bother to listen that's Purley because the company actually gives this training to the employees to be heartless. The manager named Muhammed Shirajul is so ruthless and heartless I would advise anyone who is looking to join this disgusting company to AVOID. FYI to all the people who think we receive commission for the tickets we actually don't. We get paid exactly the same if we issue ticket or not.. it is not commission based but a salary. Anyways one thing I will say the power gets them on a high that's why so many CEO's are so heartless is because the company does not want empathy. And becomes a competition for CEO's to who can issue the most tickets Just a power and money hungry company with no regards for your safety.

What a shower of no gooders

What a shower of no gooders, they are legal fraudsters without control. The funny thing is they are backed by Inflexion Holdings a very posh equity company in London obviously like many of these finance houses they have no morals or the ability to trade ethically. I had a situation this morning with them. They turned up at my house because of a Dartfors Crossing Fine. The fine was £135.00. When these Marston Crooks arrived it was £620.00. I contacted them and they came and added another £220.00. Total £840. The so called bailiff bully boy forced his way into the house saying i have a court order. Would not budge. I had to pay half of this. He kept saying it is his right, it his right he is a court officer. Well the judicial system should be ashamed of itself. This company is horrible and in my view legal fraudsters and scammers. The so called officer who came to our house today was a blagger and an arrogant do know what! Pushed his way into our home started walking around like he owned the place. These people should not be allowed near anyone. They are confrontational and play silly boy games unfortunately they cant get jobs anywhere else accept in the gutter with Marston Recovery. The people who engage their services are no better than them, they will get their Karma some day.

Had a call yesterday to my mobile phone…

Had a call yesterday to my mobile phone from a couple of debt collecters from Marstons it was regarding a toll bridge debt from Mersyside council, i have never had a letter from the council regarding this as i have moved property, (Apparently there was a couple letters sent to my old address which i never got) I am more mad with the council as i tried to pay this a few days after i realised i had not paid the toll online as this is only way to pay when i went online it would not let me do it Because i had heard nothing, i assumed because it was weekend and late at night they were not switched on. Anyway the guys that were instructed to collect the debt were actually very helpful they are only doing their job, they were extremely helpful and explained to me i should fight it and gave me all the relevant information as to how to do this, i wont name them but they are based in North Wales so may know who they are, they even told me to ring back if i need any help so fair play they are not all bad work with them and there is no hassle

Awful people.

Awful people.
In early 2023 drove into a bus lane accidentally whilst heavily pregnant ‘baby brain I guess’. I appealed via the council and heard nothing again.
Yesterday July 24, bloke turns up and says he’s taking my car. I was alone with my two young babies, in my pyjamas and he continued to get arsey with me and forceful until I paid £425!!! He wouldn’t be understanding or even negotiate. He showed me no ID, no warrant, just demanded the money or lose the car and stupidly under the pressure I gave in. I never should have paid but he was awful and filming my baby which made me very uncomfortable.

As said

As said, total liars! Had an experience today with one of their so called enforcement agents. Lost my rag with him in the end because of his blatant lies. He insisted he could enter the property without invitation [force] and that his warrant of control of goods entitled him to do so. I'm afraid he needs a warrant of entry for that. I tried to tell him this was a civil matter and not criminal. I said he was a joke and standby that. Either he is the joke or the .Gov website is joke, that states what exactly bailiffs can and can not do. The fines are not even my offenses yet that doesn't matter thanks to our contradictory laws, If its a speeding ticket or parking fine it is the drivers responsibility for payment, a PCN / ULEZ is the owner/registered keepers responsibility. Lend someone your car and they get a camera ticket for speeding you are able to name the driver. UK law hey! Even the very helpful lady at the county court had to bite her tongue when I mentioned Marston and I mentioned what this agent Cooke said. Very funny on here the desperate green ones backing Marston ... that are so obviously planted and fake.

Disgusting

I have been contacted by phone on the day this company was searching for my car to be towed. The only previous document they produced a letter , was sent a month previously to my old address. The agent I spoke was rude and impolite, aggressive despite explaining him repeatedly that there must be a miscommunication as all the letters have been sent to the old address and I have not been aware of the unpaid pcn I had . They weren't willing to explain anything , cut me off 2 times whilst talking on the phone trying to understand what is it what I owe and for what. I asked why they have never called me hence they had my number and also why no checks were carried out to locate me as I am registered at the new address since January ! I understand their job is to recover debt and I have not debated that , I was just disappointed by the way I have been spoken and the way things were carried out without proper checks to make sure the person has actually received the communication! Therefore I do not recommend this company and the way they choose to handle things most importantly the aggressive and rude attitude!

Vile, patronising agent

Had a knock on the door today, a “lady” stating she was from this company, she was looking for my ex partner who does not live here and she had a warrant to remove items from the property. I told her again that he does not live here and this is my parents house. She then forced her way into the house told my I had 10 mins to produce receipts before a removal van arrives. She then said she needs to search the property. I told her that my father has dementia and there are also 2 minors in the house, she went upstairs entering all the bedrooms. Entered my daughters room causing her major distress then entered my bedroom and seen 1 flip flops on the floor, picked it up and waved it in my face and said right that’s it, there is evidence of a male living here. And called for the removal company.
I then got upset and agitated. She was really patronising. I told her I’m not well with my mental health as well as other health issues. She then calls the police and an ambulance and tells them I’m am making threats to my own life!!
I asked to speak to someone in charge to try and arrange for the payment to be made over 2 payments (total £2300)
She said no absolutely not, said she’s not leaving without payment in full or goods to the value. I told her again she has not given us chance to produce the receipts and she said it’s too late for that now. After me having a complete breakdown my parents ended up paying the debt in full.

Bailiff knocked while I was out re

Bailiff knocked while I was out re: driving penalty, wife explained that the vehicle was sold in Jan. I called the number on the letter he left which was answered by a person who I can only describe as being a bit simple I was asked for my DOB which I challenged, the idiot then refused to carry on with the call. I therefore gave my DOB and was then asked how much my balance was to which I responded that I didnt have a balance with them he then proceeded to quote £800 The call taker then said that he needed more of my personal information and when I refused he put the phone down. Obviously they have been specifically trained to be as awkward as possible when dealing with members of the public. Hopefully I will be home when they come knocking next time.

SCAM SCAM SCAMA

A few weeks ago I noticed 3 payments of £35 had been taken from my bank account over a 2 month period.
The reference was SURREY.KEY which meant nothing to me so I contacted my bank who told me it was "Martongroup.co.uk".
My bank refunded the £105 and cancelled and issued a new bank card. I agreed to this being reported but I have heard no more.
What a sham. How are they allowed to continue trading.

Do not let them bully you

Do not let them bully you. I've been paying a bill off that I incurred through someone else's incompetence. Received a letter yesterday, not even my account number, for an increased bill. Pay them through the app in installments, keep receipts, then report them to who they have to answer to.
They need reporting as they do not comply with the rules that their company and line of business should do.
You are not alone if these people have targeted you. Accept no excuses from them.
Suggestion for their telephone line whilst you are waiting for them to pick up.
Bring on the clowns!

Extortion Agents

Marstons clamped my car and threatened to have it towed away becase I hadnt paid a £75 admin fee which they knew I was disputing because I had already paid a Bristol Council congestion charge before they had sent notice to me that it had not been paid!!
The security guy from Marstons would not listen to the explanation and demanded immediate payment of £350, which he said the £75 fee had grown to!!
Grossly unjust and probably illegal action from Marstons who seem to be working entirey to take as much money from people as they can.
I am seeking legal advice on this.

Marston Recovery

I have to concur with the majority of reviews here. I’ve just received a letter with an extortionate penalty of 2x £146.00 for crossing the Merseyside bridge twice last year. They never properly contacted me until after a warrant had been issued, which only increased the charges unnecessarily.

On a different note, I find the Merseyflow online payment system to be abysmal, and the signs scattered across the bridge are one of the worst examples of poor planning. There is a chance that they did this on purpose, though. Money-grabbing crooks.

Bunch of Crooks!! Worst debt company

This debt company are bloody crooks and thieves who should be Shut Down!!! Full of staff who do not care one single bit as customers/people and just take rob your money. Appalling service!
I had to pay a certain amount and set up a payment plan in February and downloaded the Marston app and checked my bank account regularly and to my surprise, two payments of the same amount was debited each month since March 2024. It was supposed to be monthly payment to be debited until balance is paid. They had bloody taken out two lots of amount from March to May 2024 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Not only have they taken double amount of money each month, but noticed another double payment in May, when balance was all paid in April. So, another two lots of payment was debited in May, when it should not have. They have taken out £159.00 more of my money. 🤬. Are the staff at this debt company on drugs or don’t even check people’s accounts to see if all paid?
Surely if you have paid all what’s owning, normally account is then closed.

I will be taking legal action to get my money back! Bunch of uneducated morons with IQ less than 1% - you take innocent people’s money event thou already paid fully paid.
I would give a 0 if it was available.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROOKS/THIEVES!
