I have purchased from here twice. My first experience was extremely smooth. On my second experience I didn’t receive my package for a month and no one was in contact with me via email or Instagram where I tried to reach out. I did get my package and loved it but the pants came with a hole in crotch. It progressively got bigger with wear and I immediately emailed them two months ago to no avail. The pants are now unwearable and I feel kind of scammed. Love the idea but needs better customer service and higher quality

Tried to message numerous times to get my refund after sending item back for not fitting me, haven’t had one single reply or received my refund… it’s been a month…

Would give 0 stars if I could. After receiving a birthday present from them that was not at all like the website description I attempted to return it only to have no response via email, Facebook or Instagram messages. It has been 1 month and nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

If you are into fair trade, and small business shopping, this is honestly the best place! It came in under a week for delivery, packed with very very little plastic (just the package it came in) and it was so beautifully packed.

The clothes is the best quality and the pictures honestly doesn’t do the items enough justice compared!

I have already made a second order, and I’m watching the website daily for new and restocked items!

Spent nearly $70 on a wrap top and before even wearing it it ripped. I informed the company and they didnt even respond to my message

AH! So wonderful! I got two Gemini wrap sari tops (the white and the yellow because I couldn't decide what color to get), and let me just say I am IN LOVE! I bought these to face some fashion fears and honor my body instead of hiding it away (I struggle with the way my stomach looks), and let me just say that I am SO pleased with the tops.

Not only are they well made and sustainable, but they are also super cute, light without being see through, and super original looking! I feel really good supporting Mataharicollective as I know the money is going to the right kind of people who care about their environmental impact. I feel really good in the tops the packaging was super cute with great shipping time. All in all, I would definitely buy from them again and I'm happy to be facing my fashion fears:)

I now own 3 different styles of Matahari Collective trousers and I'm in love with them all. They are the comfiest trousers I've ever warn, I get the most amount of compliments when wearing them out and about, I couldn't recommend them enough. The material is just devine too.
