I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after the transaction, having seen these reviews. They said that the order is already shipped and couldn’t cancel. That’s an obvious lie so I’m now having to go through the process of trying to get my money back. Wish I’d read the reviews, there’s so many scam sites out there

Both toothbrush and flosser are very good products. Once Charged, battery lasts up to 2 weeks with 2 people using at least twice a day. The down side is their after sales service. Started having charging issues after about 3 months of use. One day it would work fine, the next it would take an age to start charging. Had to keep dis/connecting the charging cable to get it to work. Eventually had enough and contacted MauArcher and after exchanging emails for over 2 weeks, including photos and videos, showing the issue they offered a replacement but I had to pay £15 postage. Replacement brush and charging base arrived but no charging cable. Plugged in to charge, exact same problem. Contacted them and asked for new cable. Told they wouldn't supply and I would have to buy a new one as they have said it must be misuse!! Too say I'm confused is an understatement.

Same as everyone else,Emails backwards and forwards, Photos of unopened package, offered to pay all fees duty, but of course under no circumstances will they give a return address. Anyone tried their 80 Charlotte Street W1T 4QS Address?. I added a comment about Scam companies in a daily paper, mentioning this awful company.

I ordered the Mau Archer toothbrush and water flosser oral care bundle after reading a review about the best toothbrushes on the market.

After ordering I received the conformation email saying that I could track the delivery. Unfortunately there was no way to track the order. However the toothbrush and flosser arrived roughly 2weeks later. The packaging was great and the toothbrush and flosser came with a travel case spare toothbrush heads, several different heads for the flosser, a tongue scrapper and a brush for cleaning the flosser.

All in all, I would say that the Mau Archer toothbrush and flosser oral care bundle is good value for money.

It takes a while to come by today's Amazon prime standards but it is a great product and good value for ypur money.

This mauarcher toothbrush comes beautifully packaged with accessories and the charging unit itself. There are different modes, from high pressure to light touch. the head of the toothbrush snaps securely and the bristles are well made.

I am very satisfied with my new MAUARCHER toothbrush and use it daily!

The mauarcher toothbrush is a well-designed, high quality toothbrush. The battery life is excellent. The charging stand is nicer than earlier models.

Their advert initially raised my suspicions followed by saying that l my transaction could not take place by my reputable bank. Although they claimed they work with amazon l note that amazon do not stock their products!
Then they tried to steer me to a buying app with a further 10% offer. The buying app was long winded and all did not seem right so l checked their reviews !!!

They initially failed to give me a delivery date. Then after chasing them said 3-5 working days finally arrived after 7 working days. Flosser is broken and toothbrush not as good as listed in their advert and won’t hold charge even though I charged for the recommended 20 hours!! Sent an email with photos and requested refund as product not fit for the purpose for which I bought it. Still waiting for response with instructions how to return it and confirmation they will refund cost onto my credit card. Will update when I get response. If not I will ask my credit card to do charge back for me. Thank goodness I paid by credit card. Wish I hadn’t looked at googles recommendation which encouraged me to buy the product. I will use trustpilot in future before I buy anything on line again.

Purchased but items not fit for purpose. Water flosser leaks. The electric toothbrush won’t keep its charge for more than a week. Even charged over 24 hours on 3 separate occasions. The company have wasted 4 weeks of my life refusing to reimburse or replace the items. Just weeks of emails and pictures and videos of leaking flosser and toothbrush charging.
Beware of purchasing.

Please stay away from this company! This is 200% scam.

They have link with China, so when you order on site, immediately order is agreed and ready to ship from China. They NEVER cancel an order, they just want your money.

Terrible company. Have been trying to return the product for a week but the customer service will not give me a returnadress.

I can’t believe I was so stupid. I’d googled best toothbrushes and this one came top. I was sold by the flosser and toothbrush combo. Placed an order, spoke to my parents about it who said it was most definitely over priced considering it’s an unknown name. Within 10 minutes of my order I requested to cancel. I then came here and read the reviews!!! So I started to panic and sent a second e-mail begging for them not to dispatch.

8 hours later I received an email saying they couldn’t cancel as they’d dispatched it. An hour after that email, I received another informing me that they had just shipped my package :)

After reading reviews on trustpilot I wasn’t surprised that they’d locked me in like this. So I emailed requesting a return address as I do not want the product (even if it turns up, the fact you’ve dispatched an item an hour after telling me you can’t cancel it because it was dispatched 😂) so I want to return it as soon as it arrives.

Thus far they have refused to provide me with a return address and have told me to use their product and if I’m unsatisfied, then contact them. I don’t want a product I tried to cancel and it was sent anyway and now I’m being refused to return? Is this even legal?

Have reported to Trading Standards and am frantically trying to work out how I’m ever going to get my money back.

Have requested a return address 3 times now and this has been totally ignored. Offered discount but then didn’t tell me what discount and when I asked for the return address their response was that my item is in transit.

Have officially reported to action fraud.

Update 12/5/24
Still no return address being provided. “If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.” Offered me 3% then 5% compensation to keep the product which I snorted at and requested for I think the 4/5th time the return address. Product has arrived, however is unopened as I am wanting rid of it.

Just thought I’d post an update. No I didn’t get to return my item. I was offered 20% discount to keep the item. I have used the item and it does work…for now, do I believe it was worth what I paid - absolutely not. Don’t make the mistake of placing an order here, you’re locked in and will never get your money given back. It is a con.

I received the toothbrush and flosser what a waste of my £120 I asked for a refund and they wanted me to take videos of the toothbrush charging so that their engineers could look at it.
This must be the ( Danish engineers ) that they have in their Chinese factory which I have to wonder what they could tell from a video.
I actually wished I’d read about them on trustpilot before I sent my money, because the write up is that was on google was completely fake.
This has made me query everything that I buy online because I think everything is fake.
Stay away from companies like this one.

Bought the combined toothbrush and water flosser on the 9th of April. Did not receive the product. A week later I messaged the company, I was worried about the reviews saying it was a scam company. They messaged back saying two to three days. It came yesterday packaged really well. All seems good and charged well. Really pleased. Thank you.

I ordered a brush based on a review website that turned out to be questionable (if you inspect it on Google, all is in Chinese even if it is supposed to be southamerican!)

After that, I found the reviews here. I tried to cancel the order and, of course, they refused to cancel it and sent it anyway hours after acknoledging that I wanted to cancel. First red flag.

They try to charge restocking fees which are illegal in the UK. More red flags.

They refuse to provide a return address in the UK, and demand you send it to China, which would cost a fortune! But they don't tell you this in their website... More red flags!!

They offer you a ridiculous "discount" of 3% for you to keep the product instead of returning it, which has increased to 7% in further emails. This is just insulting.

I have now raised a dispute through my bank, and they have contacted me again threatening that the process will take too long, that they have evidence the product was delivered and they will still take the money and I will have my credit score affected...

Just an absolute SCAM!!! Avoid this company completely, this is a known strategy used by scamming companies.

Can't comment on the brush itself because it's still in the box. They say they can't accept a return if used but then they encouraged me to use it while the return was sorted?!?!?!

And why would a reputable Danish-designed product be handled by a company in China?

My bank has returned the money but I am expecting that they will challenge the refund. Hopefully I will keep the money because this should be illegal and reported to the authorities.
If you have the misfortune of buying from them, keep all your emails as evidence and get in touch with your bank, they are absolutely useless!

The smart mode of this electric toothbrush makes brushing my teeth a pleasure. I can choose the appropriate cleaning mode according to my needs, which is considerate.

The electric toothbrush has excellent battery life. It can be used for a long time on a single charge, so I don't need to charge it frequently, which saves me worry and effort.

I bought the MauArcher electric toothbrush, and then afterwards read the reviews on here and was horrified! I then emailed the company straight away to cancel my order but it had already been despatched.
The delivery did take a while, and when it arrived I wasn't expecting much however, I unpacked it - it was well packaged and came with plenty of accessories.
I charged it up and used it that night and I was really impressed with the results.
The toothbrush itself is a nice weight and feels very powerful. The water flosser that comes with the toothbrush is more compact than my old one, which makes it easier for me to use.
It's easy to use and has different modes for general cleaning, gum cleaning, polishing etc - the last time my teeth felt this clean was when I visited the hygienist!
I can't comment on the battery life or reliability as I've only been using it for a couple of days, but I'm pretty happy with it so far.

After reading the reviews I asked the order to be cancelled 45mins after purchase which was on a Saturday. Mauarcher or Joy told me this cannot be cancelled as the order had already been shipped out. I checked on their website that they send out orders on Mon-Fri. So this was a complete lie! It also says on the tracking details my order was sent out the following Monday. Lucky enough i have used Klarna and paid only 1 instalment. I hardly ever make card payments direct. I always try to use a third party company like Paypal or Klarna as they have your back if something went wrong. The rest of the instalments will be on hold until the case is resolved. Like another review, the company has told me to keep the product and they will reimburse me 5%, i have managed to haggle them up to 20% but i am aiming for 50% as the fault was not mine. They have forced me to buy and keep the product like many others. Best advice i can give with anyone having issues is to get in touch with Klarna if purchased through them. So far they have been helpful. I have sent them screen shots of emails to build a case and also spoken on the phone and explained the situation. Pretty easy to get on the phone to Klarna.

I found the Mauarcher link through Google searching 'best toothbrush'. This was number 1 on the list hence why i bought it without checking any reviews like a dummy. Link is called premiumreview.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTE HASSLE!!!
