I bought the product and when it needed to be charged for the first time it did not charge. I received a replacement and then the same thing has happened. A poor product and would strongly advise you do not buy. Mutton dressed as lamb.

Placed an order Thursday evening and saw these reviews Friday morning.
Sent an email to cancel the order, as it was BEFORE I had been informed that it had shipped, and received a response Sunday morning at 3.30am to state the item had been shipped and so was unable to be cancelled.
I have reported this to trading standards UK, as the company has a cancellation policy that they clearly never intend to honour. I have also reported to Action Fraud, as it seems many people have fallen foul to this dreadful company.
I will now have to return the item at my own expense (that’s if they even give a return address, based on some of these other reviews).
Writing this in the hope that it saves others from the same mistake.

Ordered and tried to cancel within a few hours. Was informed I couldn't cancel the order as it has already been dispatched although the tracking detail showed this wasn't the case. I emailed to ask for the returns address, Joy answered multiple times to assure me of the quality of the product, offering 3% refund and then 5% refund if I will keep it. I repeatedly stated I want the return address and have no intention of keeping the product. Now Joy won't respond to my emails and I do not have the return address despite sending photos as requested as proof that I have not opened the packaging.
Really wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. Leaving a review in the hope that it prevents someone else having similar experience, I will not be using this company again.

The electric toothbrush and flosser set arrived in good quality packaging and, initially, I was impressed by the additional travel bag and toothbrush heads. However, it soon became apparent there is a serious defect with the battery. Although charged for hours/days, it does not work. Customer services have not responded to my complaint.

I bought the MauArcher electric toothbrush on the recommendation of my dentist. It effectively removes food debris and now my teeth remain white and bright every day.

What satisfies me most is that the Mauarcher electric toothbrush has a very strong battery life and can be used for a long time on a single charge. This is very suitable for people like me who often forget to charge.

This electric toothbrush brushes my teeth very comfortably. Charging is also very convenient, just put it on the charging base.

This is the first time I have used an electric toothbrush. This Mauarcher toothbrush feels very good. It looks simple and stylish.

Me like everyone else read a fake review site and for some reason decided to order this toothbrush even though I’d never heard of it. Quickly seen the reviews and cancelled my order after three minutes. I was emailed back saying my order had already shipped…. WITHIN THREE MINUTES? Received the toothbrush like everyone else will not charge up and it’s £118 down the drain for something that doesn’t work. I’m not even going to bother with the stress of even trying to return or get anything back but please be warned.

Looks very bad especially when you read their returns policy which is terrible and doesn’t conform the uk rules.
I ordered but cancelled immediately having seen these reviews and am now waiting to see what they do. I will post again.

I ordered a toothbrush from this company after reading an amazing review on what now appears to be a fake review site.
The following day, I came across the reviews on here, and immediately cancelled my order. I was told it was too late as my order had already been shipped from China. ??
As the review states that the toothbrush is designed by Danish engineers, I was shocked to see it was actually coming from China.
I contacted the company by email in order to ask for the return address, in order to return the package, unused/unopened, but got no answers other than nonsense emails.
I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back, but I hold out little hope.
Don't make the same mistakes I did.
I suggest everyone on here who has had the same experience, should contact Trading Standards as this company is a scam.

Please please do not waste your money or time with this company or the shoddy products they are selling. I brought 2 toothbrushes and sonic flossers which lasted 3 days. I charged them fully as requested and on day 4 they did not switch back on. I messaged Joy sales manager who asked me to send videos and photos, then she said they would send out replacement toothbrushes, I only ever received 1 so I have paid £200+ and have zero to show for it.

We always choose Mauarcher for electric toothbrushes, and its toothbrush package also comes with a water flosser set. Affordable to put together.

I am very satisfied with this setting. It has a short pause of 30 seconds to remind me to change the brushing area, and a cycle of 2 minutes, which is quite intelligent. It also brushes much cleaner than a manual toothbrush.

Do not buy any priduct from the company as you will not get your money back or any exchange if there are any defects, and i am in no doubt there will be. I purchased an electric toothbrush with all the accessories.The product has never
charged up to be used, and despite numerous emails, all i receive is what appears to be an auto reponse email. This site is a con, and so to are the reviews that brand it a top product. Spend your money on a cheaper well known product as i have learnt my lesson not to purchase off these sites. Any good reviews about this product are false. Bw warned.....it is money lost.
