Complete scam.

This Mauarcher has a really long lifespan, I've been using it for a long time and it hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear, which gives me great peace of mind.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews I am reading. Have no experience with their customer service so I can’t say. I ordered and it came as promised. Really nice to unpack it. Feels luxury actually. I have had it for 3 months now and I have a dentist appointment in about two weeks. Promise to update my findings then but for now my teeth has never felt cleaner and it works great. Long battery time and strong power. It might be a sex toy vivrator engine in it I don’t know. But we will soon know. TBC. Cheers

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Read them after and received the same pattern, ie refused cancellation saying item had been dispatched but no dispatch note. Item received and it was actually quite good (flosser is useless). Like everyone else, once charge runs out it’s had it. It won’t charge. Requested a refund and have been asked for photos and videos. I sent and then asked to pay for a video showing me trying to turn it on. Not sure what they are going to find. The thing is dead as a dodo. Absolute rubbish.

I foolishly ordered this after reading an over the top positive review from a so called tech expert called Danielle Amato (you should feel ashamed promoting the company Danielle)

10 mins after ordering I then come across trust pilot reviews and tried to cancel. Needless to say that was a complete waste of effort. They ignored the request and shipped regardless. And then the frustrations started. The same frustrations all the 1 star reviewers seem to experience. These 1 star reviews are the most accurate guide to this company you’ll ever read on the web, ignore at your peril. Otherwise you’ll end up loosing your money and liaising with Joy, who along with their company, deliver everything but.

12 weeks on and my returned and yes predictable faulty toothbrush, is in a Chinese postal department awaiting custom payment from the most awful company I’ve ever dealt with - you’ll experience the same if you buy anything from this China based shower. If you carefully read the 5 star reviews you’ll soon appreciate that they’re as flawed as this fraudulent company. I say again - do not be a £118.00 poorer, fool…

The ordering is really bad. They give you 5 minutes to finish the order and their program is wrongly autofilling some boxes. It changed my house number from 2 to 12 and they were never willing to help with delivery address change. As a result I lost my money and never received the product. I tested the ordering and it wants to change my house number to 12 every time.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased the toothbrush. It stopped working after the second charge. It has been a nightmare trying to get any sense out of customer services. Same standard reply over and over. I’ve had to buy a replacement toothbrush. 4 weeks on still making no progress although now I’m advised my purchase was too long ago to receive compensation or return the toothbrush. It wasn’t when I started my complaint!!!!

Do not order!! attempted to cancel my order 4 minutes after ordering and guess what it was not possible!! They emailed me over 24hours later but a few hours BEFORE I received a shipping notification to tell me it would not be possible as it had been shipped. And provided zero information on how to return it once I receive it!! I am now nervous to use a dental product from a company with so few scruples 😬

I bought the toothbrush as a present for my mother. She didn’t want it because she already got another toothbrush. So I wanted to send it back. I got a lot of standard mails back but not a return adress. So I sent it back to where it came from. Then the told me that it will be destroyed if I sent it there. That I had to sent it to china. But that was too late. I ended up without a toothbrush and no refund!!! Never buy anything from tis site!!!

Mauarcher is the company that falsely advertised their product on "premium reviews webiste" if you are lucky enough to see this review before purchase - please don't buy!
Have a look across the web and you will find no company details, information or honest reviews on their "amazing product"..

Products are delivered from China, so it's not produced in Europe as advertised. There is no confirmation of the order or receipt for the purchase. Theres only money gone from you account.

If you have however already purchased the toothbrush and now you are reading this, cancel the product and try to get in touch with the customer service, immediately call the bank to raise a dispute, and ask for an advice at the Citizen Advice Uk. The money should be returned.

Customer service won't be of much help as mentioned in some of the previous reviews they will try everything to stop you from returning the product. I havent even opened the product, and Ive sent them the photos as they asked for it. Then we arranged the return and they've provided the UK address and asked me to pay for the return postage myself. Theyve agreed to return the money for postage and product. I sent the receipts, then they asked to send the paypal account instead (this was strange cause I initially bought the product with my debit card.) Needless to say the money for the product and the shipment was never returned.

Additionally, if you look at other reviews here they are quite bad or 5* which explains a lot about the false reviews. All 5 star reviews are generic, paid and tend to focus on technicalities. The 1* reviews on the other hand are real.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from.
They communicate terribly, don't notify you when something has been sent. They also don't answer any questions you ask, they keep giving the same responses as if it were a tape that plays automatically.
You are not taken seriously as a customer. Shipping term is incorrect, return policy and return address are completely unclear. If you ask about it you won't get a decent response. In short, a worthless company, I would advise anyone not to ever buy anything here.

Big scam dont buy from them, looks like almost all of the good reviews are from them.

So I bought this as it was too 10 on a site I googled, I then read some reviews and got really scared I was being conned BUT I am so happy I bought it, not only did I get the brush and water flosser with additional parts for a good price it bloody works my teeth feel great best clean I e had in a while. I decided to wait over a month before giving my opinion to make sure it still worked a month later and it does. I felt the need to write a review because there are so many bad reviews about them and they may be true but for me I only have good things to say

Their products comes from China, you have to pay all expenses if you want to return the products.
And they also do not return all of your money, a certain percentage only. And this percentage changed for everytime I contacted them to get an address to send it back to, have asked them several times for the address, but they never gives it. Maybe a good product, I will not even unpack it, just want to return it.

No toothbrush, no reply to emails, just an alert telling me I am unknown and my order also, I think I have seen the last of my money, how could they have possibly got such good reviews.

My toothbrush lasted a few weeks and now it won’t charge. The support email (Joy) keeps fobbing me off and reading the reviews on here I am not holding out much hope. So frustrating! Don’t buy from this company. Scam.

I am still in the process of trying to return the toothbrush and water flosser for a refund. Both are not fit for purpose. When I originally ordered there was no mention of the item coming from China. They are refusing a refund on the grounds the items have now been used. This is definitely a scam company selling a very cheap quality product at high prices. Refund policy is non existent. Do not buy!

Feel conned. Thought I was ordering a high end product from UK or Europe. But have just been on tracking and it is made and sent from China. Having just read the reviews below I don’t hold out much hope of getting a refund of my £212 (I bought 2).
The website gives the impression that it is a high end European product. With a ‘premium review’ site putting it top of its list for electric toothbrushes.
I have messaged MoneySavingExpert and Martin Lewis to see if they can help. I suggest others here do too. ☹️
