Warning for scam - it is a Chinese company (hint Mau...archer) with dubious return policy. Tried cancelling the order 10 minutes after placing it as security steps in card transaction was not upheld, I understood I had been scammed... to late. All attempts to contact customer support have been neglected. File police reports to bring down site from co.uk.

The brush head of this electric toothbrush is very soft, doesn't irritate my gums, and does a great job of cleaning between my teeth.

MauArcher is a scam and they do not follow any laws. Do not buy from this company.

This electric toothbrush is amazing! It cleans really well. I've been using an electric toothbrush for a while now and I've noticed that my teeth are whiter than before and my breath feels fresher.

Mauarcher is a scam. If you have issues or want to return the item they deduct so much because they have their own rules that works beyond the rules of any country. First of all, the items come direct from china, so this is dropshipping. Second a returned item is void for duty tax, but they deduct that no matter.
I tried cancelling 2 minutes after ordering and it has been hell. A serious hell to communicate with these people. They are horrible people that scam and use people.
Do not buy from these guys

After 6 months of this company just lieing and not even following their own return policy. After they intentionally drag the case out for so long that its get past their return policy even tho i never opened it, sent it back to an adress i seriously had to force out of them. Then they didn't even pick it up at their post office stating that it is MY fault, and they never received it. But they did.

In the end klarna agreed to cancel the invoice. This company and companies like this live on abusing this.

I got an ulcer from dealing with these people. I hope to at least save a few others from the nightmare.

Please please do not buy anything from this website! I saved for so long to but an electric toothbrush and went online to see an alternative for Oral b
A magazine style review came up that said MauArcher was the best although it was quite expensive I stupidly trusted the article and went and purchased the toothbrush! 10 days later and £106 poorer! Nothing no shipping details nothing!
Tried emailing them and “joy” sent a very unprofessional reply back saying a shipping label would soon be made!
Basically please keep away from them

If there’s a way to come back and update I will!

Received the order it was definitely not from uk probably china
But actually well packaged looks like good quality, good instructions, easy to use , used twice and teeth feel really clean. Price is definitely high but bear in mind you get a water flosser too. So far so good.

I actually do agree with most of the reviews and I also think it’s a very dodgy site. I decided to cancel my order and cancelled it in under 2 hours of placing it only to be told by Joy that it had been dispatched, of course this is a lie. I would advise not to use this company and when you question anything they just come back and say it’s been dispatched!

The toothbrush was packaged quite well, looks atmospheric and mainly looks clean and very durable. This is my birthday gift to my good friend. Toothbrush logistics It arrived in 2 days, first time I've seen such a fast delivery.

The durability of the toothbrush is too good, the power consumption is particularly low, charging once can be is used for a long time, recommend my friends also to buy.

once you give order its difficult to make cancellation...They will write you that they already shipped but they cant show you when they shipped and when you will receive. and even you see that web page is like UK based company but its not..product comes from china or hong kong...very difficult return process..I made chargeback on my credit card...company is not doing good business !

Do not deal with this company. I tried to return a product and have been met with nothing short of abuse. They refuse to supply an address and I get the same stock reply to every email. Dreadful service, don't be conned by them

They are frauds!! Don´t buy from them. They will trick you into additional return fees and also custom fees because they will want you to send the products back to China. It will cost you several hudred euros to return the produckt. They are rude and will block your emails when you question their return policy. I strongly advice you to not buy anything from this company!!

The tooth failed to charge at first attempt - It was plugged in for 24hrs and didn't charge.
Emailed to complain and "Joy" from the company asked for video footage to see the product not working.
She also then requested photos the same as the video.
She wants me to return the product to them at my expense for them to repair the brand new toothbrush to a random address in China.
They also said not to state a value to the posted returned package and that they will reimburse the postage cost when they receive the package!?
The toothbrush cost me £118!

I’m not happy re their customer service or of the item the company sent me.
I’ve requested a full refund but have been refused.

The toothbrush is great for as long as it works. Mine lasted 2 months.

My hygienist said that the water floss is damaging my teeth.

I have been trying for sometime to get a replacement/repair.

This company are awful and I would strongly advise people to go elsewhere!

Payment quickly processed on 6th October 2023.
Toothbrush arrived 14th October.

I’m in communication with Joy. I do not feel any joy about my purchase at all. I’ve asked for a full refund and am awaiting a reply.
The saga continues - they have asked for more video footage / photos after I have posted it back to them and stated they are sending out a replacement toothbrush after they agreed to refund me. They don’t read emails they just send out the next automatic reply. Joy still isn’t helpful.
Will add to this post if I get a refund!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - avoid avoid avoid!!

I wrote a bad review about mauarcher a few days ago. One day later my product arrived. My apologies to mauarcher.

Total scam. Product delivered but doesn’t charge. After sending mails over and over a refund of €3 is proposed. Complete bs, avoid this company

After purchasing a device from their webshop, my wife attempted to cancel her order.
Unfortunately the package has already been send by the time that they replied, but consumers are protected in the Netherlands and by law, refusing a package, means you never became the owner of it and you can not be held for any return costs.
This is now how they see it.

Not only do they provide you with misinformation, do their terms and agreements not allign with local or regional law. They will keep pushing you for their payment.

The store has a .nl domain, offers Dutch payment options and is therefore considered a Dutch store, having to obey the laws within the Netherlands and within Europe.

They still want to charge us 35 euro and we will take this to court to resolve this.

This is by far the best toothbrush I've ever bought. Not cheap but worth every penny. My teeth feel as though I've been to the dentist and had a clean and polish now! Highly recommend!
