Despite this company having a website ending co.uk, please note it’s an overseas company. It’s very difficult to get a resolution when things go wrong with the dreadful delivery company they use i.e. Evri (Hermes) as their understanding is poor. I cannot comment on the product as I haven’t received it over two weeks after ordering and understand it’s now on its way back to Hong Kong. Avoid MauArcher if you need a quick delivery.

Great Customer Service
I have not yet received the product, but would like to commend Mauarcher on their customer service. My product got unfortunately stolen from my building’s mailroom and after contacting the support team (ALEX), they were prompt to offer a solution of reissuing the product. Alex was very responsive to my emails and offered great service.
