Still in a battle to return their product. I have ordered their tooth brush but after a while I realized that this company was shady, to put it mildly. I tried to contact them to cancel my order, less than 24hours after my purchase and they deliberately answered me 3 days after, saying that the order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped, (it would be fine, it is in their return and cancel policy if it wasn’t done in bad faith). Then I requested them to send me all the information in order to be able to return the product. They reply after a few days: please contact us after the product arrives. I did and now it has been back and forth emailing with Joy, who is trying to convince me to keep the product and get a 15% compensation. All i want is an address to send that thing back!

MauArcher is a scam company. I ordered an electric toothbrush and paid € 129.00 via credit card. Order was immediately confirmed and nothing was heard after that. No delivery. No way to contact. My payment is collecyed in HONG KONG. Bad chinese company. Not to be trusted.

They are based in China, at least that’s where I was emailed from and was required to return - for £90! This is not mentioned, until you have paid and receive an email. This means any replacements/returns are expensive/impossible/leave a large carbon footprint. Are the advertised claims even legitimate? I checked their name in the CE certifications website and found that it didn’t exist, as far as I can see.

Due to not being able to return and get new heads easily, I felt conned. I would buy one where you can return if required and use widely sold heads.

You don't get shipping information. That's why the shipment was returned. If you want to send it again, you have to pay. If you cancel the purchase, they steal 35 euros from you.
Very, very dubious.

I bought this toothbrush a month ago. I am fastidious about cleaning my teeth. I am not happy with neither the tooth brush nor the water flosser - my teeth do not feel as clean as when I was using the Sonicare. I will keep this toothbrush as my midday work one and buy another brand as my primary toothbrush.

This is the best electric toothbrush I ever had.
Teeth are extremely clean.

Water flosser

Only reason I can give this one star is because the after sales service is so bad!
I use the water flosser in the shower but yesterday I accidentally dropped it, the top completely snapped off, it's only a couple of months old but accidental damage not covered in the warranty!
The toothbrush is just ok would I buy it again? No I wouldn't

I spent quite a while deciding which brand of water pic to choose. There are a lot of similar products out there that a separate water tank required to use. What this means to me is even more stuff to store in an already limited bathroom sink/counter space. I like that this one loads the water directly into the tool. And that it is rechargeable! That means I can put the charging base away for a while and continue use off of the charge. I also appreciate that this one comes with enough replacement attachments/brushes. Other brands give you one MAYBE 2 ... then you’re forced to pay top dollar for replacements, or the tools are useless. Only downfall is that the charge doesn’t last as long as I’d wished.

Scam company. This company does not comply with the Distance Selling regulation, they are based in HK and have no contact phone. I asked them to cancel my order 15 mins after placing it. They sent it regardless. Their return policy is a joke. Me to pay for the return overseas, and the restocking charge plus pay delivery fee. This is illegal and I'll be reporting to Trading Standards. Customer service reply a couple of days after I email and simply state they have sent it. Two weeks later, still no sign of tooth brush. I highly recommend buying a Sonicare toothbrush instead.

I can't wait to use it everyday! "Dentist" clean at home everyday! Can't say enough about how great my smile looks & feels after every use. Gentle on every setting. Can't say enough good things about this being my favorite toothbrush ever!

This is a beautifully packaged, amazing toothbrush and after a bit of a wait, I'm delighted with it. It is powerful - I've never had such a clean feeling - and the different vibrations provide gum cleaning too. I am going to buy one for my son for Christmas.

I bought a speaker.
Realised too late that it was a fancy scam and that the same thing was for sale for a third of the price.
After accepting that I was the idiot for not practicing due diligence, I received a parcel and opened it to find an electric toothbrush being sold by similar or the same people under the same cloaked ripoff scheme.
Unhappy does not cover it.

The toothbrush and flossed are really good.

Room for improvement on 2 things that would increase the stars.

1. Communication was bad. Once ordered we didn’t hear a thing for 1 week and then a few days later it randomly turned up (luckily someone was home to take the delivery). A dispatch email or tracking system would improve this. Or even a note to say 10-20 day lead time?

2. My boyfriend and I share this toothbrush, it sounds silly but changing the heads is incredibly stiff. We’ve used it now for over a month and I thought with time it would loosen up a bit, however it is still really hard to take the head on and off. Doing this twice a day is really annoying.

Excellent I received my package in 8 days from ordering, I’m really pleased with the quality of the item, lovely presentation box.
Toothbrush is great with different Modes, water Flosser is Brilliant absolutely nothing to Moan about.

I’m not sure. I have a small mouth and the brush constantly hits other teeth when I’m using it. Teeth seem clean but worried about possible damage to enamel. I cannot seem to adjust speed of the brush.

Ordered an electric toothbrush several days ago. Did not received an order confirmation. Money has been taken from my account but no sign of toothbrush. Emailed customer service three times but no response. Can seem to find a telephone number for them. All in all a bad experience so far. Dont know exact date of order as not had confirmation. But approximately a week ago.

Overall-it's a good product. It's USB powered. You technically can live without the charging stand.

Had this MauArcher for a few weeks now and very happy with the toothbrush. Used a rival round head brush for many years and this just leaves me teeth and gums feeling so much cleaner.Love the travelling case that can also be used to charge the brush….

Purchased a toothbrush online, but didn’t realise it had would ship from China. However once the toothbrush arrived (it took about a week) we were very pleased with it. If the delivery time had been made clearer it would have been 5 stars
