Great memory foam pillow, brilliant nights sleep

Had been needing a new pillow for a while and thought I would try Max mattress. It came in no time and is incredibly soft giving me a great nights sleep. Highly recommend

Suprised my partner with a pair of memory foam pillows from last weel to replace some standard ones. Oh my, so cosy, was able to fall asleep quicker than usual, no need to keep adjusting. Very happy with product.

I ordered a mattress. Delivery process failed to work. Rather than delivery in 3 days I was offered 3 weeks after order. I cancelled the order. Now approx 6 weeks later I am still receiving texts asking me to arrange a delivery slot. Plus the company is disputing the cancellation of the transaction.
I can not get through to a customer service agent.
I advise that you stay well away from this company if my experience is anything to go by.

A delivery promise is a commitment from a company. 2-3 days delivery advertisement on max mattress website sounds like a bit of false promise with potential/new customers!
Earliest delivery date/slot I have been offered from placing order/payment, is 8th working day. That excludes weekends or any bank holidays that falls in between, otherwise delivery is taking 17 days from order placed/payment.
Just an advise to a company that either they should increase number of heads on delivery resource at their end to fulfil delivery needs or either change that delivery promotion text on their website because I only ordered seeing that fast 2-3 days delivery turn around. Also, my order is London based so company should have sufficient coverage in that area. About comfort and quality we will review once we have received and used it.

Efficient delivery. Amazing comfort. Very supportive especially on edge when getting up. I have fibromyalgia and struggle sleeping. It's such a relief to get up feeling like I've finally had some deep sleep. Less pressure on my joints too.

I received my mattress and free memory pillows on time,the pain on my back and neck is gradually reducing, the delivery was smooth, I am currently enjoying my new mattress at the moment as a matter of fact. No complain whatsoever.

We purchased the Max hybrid mattress and it has been amazing. The support and feel is on point. Great customer service too.

My mattress was delivered within the scheduled time frame and the product matched the advert. I realised I.irderec medium - firm instead of medium and when I contacted the sales team my problem was sorted within day and I offered an alternative that worked perfectly which is a mattress topper. I received the mattress topper within two days. I really enjoyed working g with Max Mattress team, they are not just selling lip service, they deliver o their promise. The product is very good. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Over the moon with our new king size mattress by Max. We were sceptical as we had not come across this brand until deep into our searching. The price was appealing along with the sleep trial. 3 weeks in and fairly sure we won’t be sending it back. Much more supportive compared to the previous Emma mattress we tried and I don’t get sore shoulders either. Good delivery service too.

The mattress is amazing! It has definitely decreased my back pain and improved my sleeping hours. 🌟🌟🌟

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated. To be fair to you, I'm changing my star rating to reflect the mattress after 16 nights use rather than on the delivery which I appreciate was not your fault. I don't sleep very well but I'm sleeping better than I have in quite a while. The mattress felt quite firm at first but soon gets comfy and I don't get as hot as I used to. It's still not reaching 20cm depth, seems to be sticking at around18cm, hence 1 star reserved.

Update on below: I finally received my mattress 18 days after ordering (should be 1 to 3 days) and after pestering the courier and getting a response from Max Mattress. I want to make it known that the courier was at fault here but if I could have spoken to someone at Max rather than it all being conducted by messaging, it may have been resolved much quicker, Now for the 100 day trial, presently it's not as thick as I expected but it needs a little time to decompress.

Well, I'm not happy! I ordered and paid almost £400 for my mattress which was to be delivered on 12th August. It hasn't arrived, I've been chasing the courier who don't seem able to find it, supposedly lost in their warehouse. Max Mattress are not contactable and I'm beginning to feel like I'm being scammed.

Great value for money, quick delivery with regular tracking updates, and a mattress with the comfort of memory foam without the overheating! Would highly recommend.

After much deliberation we settled on the Maxmattress and couldn’t be happier!

Wouldn’t consider any other options moving forward

I bought the max mattress following a strict change of gym routine and lifestyle change as I realised how important sleep was for my training. Since I have been using the mattress I have struggled to get out of bed; such is the palatial comfort I feel every time I fall saint-like in repose. My sleep has got deeper and more consistent and the spec is just right and not too hot in the summer.

Finally, a mattress that delivers on it's promises, my back hasn't felt so good in ages! From browsing to ordering to receiving delivery, everything has been so smooth.
