They have now responded and have been very helpful with a resolution.

I pre-ordered a mattress for mid-July 2024 as it states on the website. I received a text confirmation with a 4-6weeks lead time. Currently using an old mattress and wondering when exactly it will be delivered. I submitted a contact form and emailed three times in the last two weeks and have had no response, wondering if the pre-order was a scam and they have taken over £300 of my money...

Ridiculously good mattress. Sometimes you just need your mattress to hit the spot, slap bang in the middle of the Venn diagram of comfort, firmness, durability. When you wake up 9 hours later and it feels like 5 mins ago you got your head down. Yep, it’s that mattress.

Had struggled for years with bad sleep. Always thought it was just day to day stress or general insomnia.. that was until I tried this mattress. Literally a game changer, I’ve not had a bad sleep since it arrived.. coincidence? I’m not sure. It gets my votes! Love it!!!
