Lovely staff in the Manchester Exchange store. I put down a small deposit on a potential ring for my engagement and ummed and ahhhd over it for about 3 weeks, going in on my own, with my partner, with my friend on different occasions to try it and admire it. The staff were so nice every time I went in, couldn't be more helpful in polishing it, letting me try it and take pictures to send to my partner and mum. They were chatty but discreet, friendly without being overbearing and although I eventually decided it wasn't the ring for me, they were still really nice. I would not hesitate in going back here to try / buy.

After purchasing jewelry at the Royal Arcade Manchester I can honestly say that I would go back there because of the lovely friendly staff, besides a super selection of stock, whatever you are looking for they give you plenty of help and guidance. Thankyou ladies from Sue

Mays Spindles Oldham The staff are really helpful especially Gill she was brilliant with my daughter and I. We went in with a broken item she sorted things out and made it seem so easy. Would reccomend any time.

I have bought quite a few items from mays in Oldham, I find the staff very polite always there willing to help and give there advise. I have built up quite a friendship with staff and they all seem to know what my taste in jewellery is especially Sammy, I pop in quite regular even though it may only be to browse and they always seem to have new items in.

beginning may 2015 I visited the Oldham store in spindles shopping mall. I didn't realy know what I was looking for but the staff there are so helpful. Two members of staff served me, a blonde lady and a young blond haired boy. Both were very chatty and made me feel at ease with my fussy taste and made me feel less insecure about my arthritic fingers. I was that impressed with the service I went out and bought the young man and woman a chocolate bar. ha ha five stars *****,

Came into the Salford store looking for a present for a friend (with no idea what to get) the ladies in the store was so helpful in advising me what to buy! Great customer service would defiantly recommend to all my friends!

I have used mays pawnbrokers several times over the years and i would recommend them to everyone. Staff are excellent and help you with all kinds of enquiries from reserving items to having your jewellery repaired, i wouldn,t go anywhere else.

i visited the store in Bury, the window displays were vey attractive. The staff were friendly and very helpful, I will definitely visit again.

I recently visited your store in Bury on 3 separate occasions, the staff made me feel welcome and were very Knowledgeable about all products , they were polite friendly and remembered what i liked. I always try to use May's as I get good value for my money and there is always something I like as an avid collector of jewellery. Well done all love your store and the fact that it is local and easy accessible as I am disabled and have to use a mobility scooter which they allow me to take in to the shop making it easy for me.

Can't fault Mays salford store.... My daughters earring broke a week after purchase.... They replaced no problem and were very friendly and helpful!
