I have been a customer here for years and the staff are lovely and helpful.
I was served by a nice and chatty lady today named Alex .

I have had several repairs done at the Oldham branch . On each visit the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and caring it has been a pleasure visiting . The work carried out has been exerlent I highly recommend thankyou once again .

My son came to the store to get his first sizing of a ring. This was a huge thing to do as he is autistic and has not left the house in 3 years.
Joanne served him at the Rochdale Rd Branch and made him feel relaxed in the shop and answered all the questions my son and husband had.
He purchased his jewellery, he came home to explain what he had done and how the lady in the shop was extremely helpful and polite.
This was his 21st birthday present from his birthday in May so thank you Joanne for making my sons day special on his first purchase.
5/5 for your time and patience with him to.
Will definitely be bringing him in again.

Royal Exchange, Manchester. I had a bad experience taking my gold elsewhere who offered me scrap price. This gold was very sentimental to me. Mays was different, Debbie was very professional, assured me the items would be resold and not scrapped, and I got hundreds of pounds more so a win win win. Thankyou Debbie and Mays. I recommend a visit.

We happened on this place purely by accident, it was 5 past 5 & they were closed.
I have wanted a half sovereign for many years but didn't want to order off the Web, I wanted to buy one whilst England, being from Sydney Australia and leaving in the next few days and not returning, so when we saw them in the window I rang the door bell and the shop assistant so kindly offered to let us in, we bought the half sovereign and came away so impressed with the two ladies.
Where else in Manchester would they open a jewelers just for you.
